    Login on https://nrocms.ericsson.net/MOAI/education-• Username: I-Signum ( ZABCDEA example)

    Forgot Password option allows to reset password.

    To reset password click on link on Employee, partners and

    Next step is to update the user profile


    > Click on User profile tab.
    Updating user profile

    Select your time zone from the drop down

    type your metroplex area

    Ex- 8 years of experience in GSM, WCDMA, LTE

    Ex- 9 years of experience in GSM, WCDMA, LTE

    Ex- 12 years of experience in Telecom & IT.

    Click on the radio button

    type your mobile number with international code

    Click on the radio button

    upload

    Sign here within the box


    Click on select

    Click on save signature

    Click on select
    Click on
    submit

    Click on logout .
    Log in again & check updated profile.
    Logging out of the tool

    • Click on the Symbol available on


    the top right corner of the page.
    • Click on logout.
    How to attend a Program

    Click on the program

    Type India in the search box

    Click on the program you want to attend


    How to attend a Program

    Click on the 1st course


    How to attend a Program

    Click to launch the course.


    How to attend a Program
    After completion return to the previous page

    Click to take test.

    Click to play the course & complete it


    Taking test
    If test associated with the course, it will start with timer

    If no test associated with the course this error page will display

    Select the correct answer & Click on submit

    After submission response will be


    displayed. Click on continue

    After clicking on continue , 2nd question will appear


    Answer all questions & submit
    Taking test
    Final result will be displayed & mail will be send

    • User will receive a mail from [email protected]


    With certificate as attachment after completion of course.
    • User can down load certificate from My Training History
    My training history

    Click on print to down load certificate
