All Fees & Charges

Processing fee : 1.5% of the approved loan amount.


Early settlement charges: 2% within first 5 years,1% after 5 years and onwards.
Partial prepayment charges: 2% within first 5 years,1% after 5 years and
onwards.
Penal interest: 2% per month on overdue amount.
Documentation fee: BDT 500/=
Data verification charge: BDT 600/=
Legal, Title search and property Valuation Charges: BDT 15,000/=
Stamp Charges: BDT 1,150/= incase of PG, per PG BDT 300/= applicable.
Quotation change fee: BDT 1,000/=
Reschedule fee: due to Interest Rate or Tenor Change BDT 10,000/= or 0.25% of
outstanding amount whichever is lower.
Security Replacement Fee: BDT 15,000/=
EMI Date Reschedule Charge: BDT 2,000/=
Additional Stamp Charge: for Leasehold property/Take over/TPA BDT 1,000/=
Legal documents photocopy request: BDT 500/= each time.
Replacement of Joint Applicants or PG charge: BDT 5,000/=
Partial Redemption of the security: BDT 10,000/=
Mortgage Registration Service Charge: BDT 2,000/=
