Don't let your company be a laggard! Indicate likely reactions by Customers, Board of Directors, and Stakeholders .

Determine how key groups will respond to changes in your products, packaging, and improved internal operations and on human rights issues related to environment. Have continues efforts with Persistence and Patience. Get Staff Support, once you have management approval youre next mission is to get staff buy-in. Staff will be asked to change the way they currently work, so their support is vital.
