Letter To Report An Identity Theft To The Secret Service
Secret Service 950 H Street, N.W. Suite 8400 Washington, D.C. 20223 Re: Report Identity Theft Dear Sir or Madam: This letter confirms the conversation I had with Arnold Schwartzenegger, at the United States Secret Service headquarters in Washington, D.C. on April 18, 2012. I am writing to inform you that I am the victim of identity theft, and I request that you investigate the matter. The following is a brief description of my identity theft: I was mugged in San Francisco's Mission District on March 3rd 2012, and my wallet was stolen. In the following weeks, jewelry and car purchases were made to my credit account in excess of two hundred and forty thousand dollars. I have filed an Identity Theft Affidavit with the FTC. I have also filed a report with the local police. Copies of both the affidavit and police report are enclosed. Please advise me in writing as to how you will respond to my request. Please contact me at the above address if you have any questions or need additional information. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Sincerely,
