    As a member of the urban outfitters team, customer service plays an essential part. Therefore, I had to interact with customers on every level: Assisting customers on the fitting rooms. This meant scouting through university applicants to pick 7 girls and 7 guys Liaising with clothing shops in Headingley to confirm that they would provide the garments for the models. Having excellent communication skills between the owners and myself so that we knew exactly what was going on Organising a location for the fashion show and booking the event room for the night Making sure we had DJs, hair and make-up, photographers booked for the night Communication with the whole team (models and assistants) was clear through out the whole coordinating period. Advertising the fashion show on social networks, i.e. facebook and twitter. Also via posters and leaflets in and around Headingley Sales adviser Envy, Hull, May 07-September 07 This position required me to meet and greet customers as they entered the shop floor and to provide advice and assistance.
