We here at the Kristu Jayanti College (KJC) proudly affirm to align ourselves with the changing times; and organize Commercia '12, the commerce fest as an exemplar to showcase our presence in the world of commerce. This exclusive annual commerce fiesta aims at sparking a flash into the torch of innovation and carries it forward igniting the mind of its bearers.
Department of Commerce was started in the year 2000. The department is the largest department in the college with over 1000 students and still growing. The department not only concentrates on the academic excellence of its students but also nurtures their co-curricular activities. The Faculty members of the department focus on Business education more than just business management. The commitment is thought leadership with a deep understanding of business. The approach to pedagogy combines case studies, fieldwork and instrumented feedback with a strong emphasis on concepts and theory. The intent is to encourage intellectual curiosity and open minds to the adventure of ideas. The department has striven tirelessly in pursuit of excellence in commerce education and it is rated as one of the top ten commerce colleges in Bangalore by India Today Neilson Survey 2010 & 2011.The main objective of this programme is to equip the students with necessary conceptual, business and analytical skills required for handling the Business Operations. The course is mainly intended for students who are currently in the entry level and are looking for further expansion of knowledge in their career.

All the posters and hoardings that form a part of the Commercia '12 publicity campaign will feature the name and logo of the Merchandising Sponsor. The Merchandising Sponsor will get branding space in the festival area. The precise location of the branding space will be decided on by mutual consent. Audio and Video advertisements of the Merchandising Sponsor will be shown between the events of Commercia '12 .

Travel Partner
The Travel Partner should provide transportation at the time and place specified to by the organizers starting from one day before the festival, till the last day of the festival. The Travel Partner will get branding space on the festival grounds. The precise location and extent of branding will be decided on by mutual consent. Audio and Video advertisements of the Travel Partner will be shown between the events of Commercia '12. The Commercia '12 website will feature the name and logo of the Travel Partner.
Media Partner
The Media Partner will get branding space on the festival grounds. The precise location and extent of branding will be decided on by mutual consent.
