1. Project (M-Tech)
PESTICIDE SPRAYING MACHINE.
Environment: Agriculture based project
Period: August 2015 – June 2016

Role: Individual Project Maker
Description:
In this project I have Design and Fabricate a cheap and easy push operated pesticide
spraying machine with low maintenance cost for pesticide spraying in farms. The Aim was to make a
low cost multiple adjustable spraying pump which could be easily affordable to Indian farmers.
2. Project (B.E) DESIGN AND ANALYSIS OF ERGONOMIC PARAMETER FOR DRIVERS FATIGUE
IN LIGHT MOTOR VEHICLE
Environment: Automobile based project
Period: August 2012 – June 2013

Role: Team Leader
Description:
In this project a survey has been done with different parameters with lots of Maruti
Suzuki Alto car drivers. Based on the survey analysis of Alto car driver seat has been done and
considering various parameters we have redesign seat considering ergonomic parameters for driver’s
safety.
3. Project DESIGNING AND FABRICATION OF AN ATV FOR BAJA 2013

Period: October 2012 – February 2013
Client Society of Automobile Engineers (SAE)
Role: Head of Safety and Ergonomic Department
Description:
The aim of the project was to conceptualize, design and fabricate an All-Terrain Vehicle for
a Pan Asian Event called BAJA 2013 in which around 244 teams from leading Engineering schools
participated. Worked as Head of Safety and Ergonomic Department. Played key role in Fabricating and
design of vehicle parts for improving driver’s safety. Prepared Marketing Presentation and service
manual.
Our team was appreciated for the uniqueness of business plan and the presentation which was
prepared in ‘PREZI’ rather than conventional MS Office.
4. Project DESIGNING AND FABRICATION OF A FORMULA RACING CAR FOR SUPRA 2012
Period: February 2012 – September 2012
Client Society of Automobile Engineers (SAE)
Role: Assistant head of Manufacturing and Procurement
Description:
The aim of the project was to develop a Formula racing car through innovative
engineering for a National event to be held in Delhi at the Buddha international Circuit. Worked as
assistant head of manufacturing and procurement. Designed the fuel system and tyre selection. Also
prepared manufacturing process summary.
Our Team Resonance Racing finished on overall 8th position. The team also recorded fastest lap and
fastest pit stop. 21st rank in Costing category from amongst 103 teams participated.
Achievements
1. Participated in BAJA SAEINDIA-2013 Racing Event at NATRAX Facility of NATRIP, Pithampur from
14th-19th February 2013
2. Participated in MARUTI SUZUKI’S SUPRA-2012 Racing Event at BUDH INTERNATIONAL CIRCUIT from
6th-9th September 2012
3. Part of 2012 AUTO EXPO PUNE by participating in Project Display (display of SUPRA & BAJA
Vehicles)
4. Completed Certification of Industry Oriented Course on Robotics at Vishwakarma Institute of
Technology during the period 30/7/2009 to 16/8/2009
5. Participated in OVERHAULIN event of VITALITY’09
6. Second Prize in National Level Event ‘ALACRITY n ZENITH’ for SARANSH (Technical Paper
Presentation).
