Dear Parents
Greetings !
At the onset of summer vacations, a few fun filled activities have been
planned for the children to give them practice of life skills, phonic sounds,
numerical concepts, healthy living etc. which will help them engage
productively and fruitfully. Your cooperation and supervision is important
to bring out the best in child. To motivate your children, click their pictures
and make videos while they are engaged in the activities mentioned below and
share in the class group.

Good Health and Wellbeing
 Sleep and get up early everyday.
 Brush your teeth twice a day.
 Take bath everyday.
 Jump, hop and have fun.
 Practice aerobics, dancing and simple Yoga
exercises.
 Eat healthy food.
 Follow Covid protocol whenever you go out.
Practise:
 Tying and untying the shoelaces
 Buttoning and unbuttoning of shirt
 Folding clothes
 Pouring water in glass
 Combing your hair
 Writing your name
Help your parents:

 Keep the toys at their place after playing.
 Set your cupboard.
 Wash raw fruits, vegetables and lentils.
 Peel boiled potatoes
 Dust the furniture.
 Lay the table.
 Water the plants.

Let’s make a scrapbook:

 Create a scrapbook with leftover pages of old
notebooks/drawing books and decorate it beautifully.

 Stick pictures of you and your family on a cutout of a tree

and paste it in the scrapbook.
 You can also paste the picture of your favourite personality.
 Paste the pictures of any five fruits and vegetables.
 Make an alphabet collage.
 Paste leaves of different sizes and textures.

 Practise drawing objects such as sun, moon, house, car, cherries, flower, kite, boat,
ice lolly etc. and colour them.
