Philosophy of the project and Architectural assignment :

Self-sustainability and heritage : Blend traditional Moroccan architecture with innovation
and sustainable practices. (renewable energy, water cycling systems and materials that
support local biodiversity and ecosystem conservation).
Modern luxury : multifunctional architectural complex (family residence, guest house and
community center) Modern exterior that blends with the natural surroundings, Interior
offering a contrasting luxurious experience.
