Manual for Using ClickUp, LinkedIn, and Zoho Mail

for Recruitment and Expert Outreach

1. ClickUp - Task Management

Step 1: Access ClickUp

Log in to ClickUp and navigate to the relevant project or "Shared with Me" or “Everythng”
list.

Step 2: Task Overview

Review your tasks regularly.

Monitor the Project Comment Section for updates, especially tags indicating if a project is
active or on hold.

2. LinkedIn - Outreach & Engagement

Template for LinkedIn Outreach:

Hi [First Name], I am contacting you from Silverlight. We are a global consultancy firm
working with a client on a project regarding [Mention project subject here] to understand
your perspective on the system. Would you be interested in having a paid consultation
call?

Step 1: Filter Search


Use LinkedIn’s Sales Navigator to identify potential experts by filtering for industry, current
company, geography, seniority level, and relevant experience.

Step 2: Send InMails

IF YOU HAVE YOUR OWN Sales Navigator, send personalized InMails to experts who
match your criteria, keeping in mind the 40 InMails per month limit.

Step 3: Connection Requests

Send up to 20 connection requests per day to relevant experts if you have sales navigator
(if not then you can send only 5 connection rq).

3. LeadLeaper Integration

Step 1: Use LeadLeaper

Utilize LeadLeaper with the LeadLeaper extension. Check an empty list first, then select
that empty list by clicking on "My List." Then click on "Virtual Assistant" and start to extract
emails from LinkedIn profiles. Once done, click on "View Selected List" (up to 5 pages at a
time).

Download and remove the leads after exporting by navigating to Actions > Export Leads >
Export All Leads > Remove > Yes.

4. Email Verification - MillionVerifier

Step 1: Verify Emails


Use MillionVerifier to validate the emails obtained through LeadLeaper.

Download only the emails marked as "Good."

Step 2: Prepare the Email List

After downloading the "Good" emails, open the file in Excel. Change the "First Name"
column to "Name," "Email" to "To" and add a new column named "Project." Enter your
project name in all rows of this column.

5. Zoho Mail - Email Outreach

Step 1: Zoho Mail Setup

Set up your Zoho Mail account on a separate browser.

Step 2: Individual Emails

Start by sending personalized emails to selected experts, with a maximum of 200 emails
per Zoho Mail account per day. Use this template:

Hi {{Name}},

I am contacting you from Silverlight London. Silverlight is a global expert network. We are working with one of
the top investors with headquarters in Europe on a project regarding {{Project}}. Given your experience, we
are keen to collaborate with you on this project. Your profile was reviewed by the client, who insisted on
contacting you. This project is quite urgent, and we are really looking forward to your response. Broadly
speaking, the project requires your personal opinions based on your experience. Moreover, our client will not
ask for any information that is deemed confidential by your current or previous employer. Additionally, being
respectful of your time, we are more than happy to compensate you. Please could you possibly advise if you
would be happy to discuss this further and have a paid consultation call with our client?

When signing up, kindly enter the project number (Project Number) in the designated section. Additionally,

Step 3: Mass Email Campaign

Start doing mass email outreach by clicking the right mid icon of the toggle e-widget, then
"Mail Merge," then create your template if you don't have any, using the same template as
above. Limit to 100 emails per week.

Step 4: Additional Zoho Accounts

If you exceed the 200-email limit, request access to another Zoho Mail account from your
trainer.

6. Profiling & Project Management

Step 1: Profiling

After an expert signs up, use the profiling form link:

and gather all relevant information from their LinkedIn profile.

Add a comment in the ClickUp project with the expert’s name, email, rate (if disclosed),
and the note "Signed up - Profiled." Tag the project coordinator by saying "please submit."

Step 2: Project Coordinator Communication


Send the same comment with the project number to your project coordinator if you have
their direct contact and talent team coordinator in your individual group, or if you are
added to the WhatsApp group of the project coordinator.

Additional Instructions:

How to Create a New Profile or Browser:

Open Chrome.

Click your profile icon in the top right corner.

Click "Add."

Click "Continue without an account" if you don't have any account, or click on "Sign in" if
you have an account.

How to Access Zoho Vault and LeadLeaper:

Use their respective browser EXTENSIONS. Make sure they are installed and active in the
browser you're using.

Keep all your Zoho Mail accounts in different browsers. Other tools can be used in a single
browser.
