    For this assignment, you will think about the best way to work with linkage institutions. To

    complete the assignment, you will follow these steps:

    1. Reflect: Choose a political goal and identify a course of action.


    2. Research: Identify a political party or interest group that can help you achieve your goal.

    My concern is in the area of: the homelessness crisis

    My goal is: to reduce homelessness.

    My goal is to reduce homelessness. We will do this by making more shelters and making
    housing more affordable. This will give many people a valuable roof over their heads, and
    reduce the amount of Americans on the streets.
    2. What political party or interest group do you think will best help you achieve your goal?

    Explain why you chose this group and why you did not choose one or more of the others that

    you considered above. (3 points)

    We will be partnering with the Democratic party and the national alliance to end homelessness.
    This is because we will need all the funding we need to build these structures.

    3. Which form of media do you think will best help you achieve your goal? Provide at least two

    reasons why you think this form of media is the best choice. (3 points)

    I believe the web is the best way to spread the news to achieve my goal. Although it has fake
    news on it, it would be hard to spread fake news about the homelessness crisis. This forum
    spreads fast and to the widest group of people.
