PREFACE
Hello one and all!
I am one amongst you. Today, I would like to talk about the importance of
preparing for HR questions during banking interviews. I have had the
opportunity to attend five banking interviews:
• A Private Bank PO – 2019
• SBI PO – 2020
• SBI PO – 2021
• RRB PO – 2021
• IBPS PO – 2022
Respectable audience,
I am pleased to share with you this document, which provides a comprehensive
list of the most probable and important HR questions that may arise during a
bank interview. The collection of questions presented here is based on my
experiences.
I have taken the time to compile this list to assist fellow aspirants in their
preparations for bank interviews. My intention is to humbly provide useful
insights to aid your interview preparations.
The questions included in this document are carefully selected and cover a
range of topics, including communication skills, knowledge of the company, the
role and responsibilities of the job, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
In my experience, I have found that preparing for HR questions involves
researching the company and the role extensively. This includes reviewing the
company's website, understanding its core values, and familiarizing oneself
with the job description. It also involves practicing responses to common HR
questions, such as "tell us about yourself," "what are your strengths and
weaknesses," and "why do you want to work for us."
I hope that this document will be of great value to you in your preparations for
upcoming bank interviews. I believe that it will equip you with the necessary
knowledge and skills to confidently answer HR questions and impress your
interviewers.
