    INSTRUCTION

    1) Quarters will be considered as per financial year in place of calendar year.

    2) Rebate @2.5% of the Property Tax will be allowed if paid within "Rebate Allowed Upto" Date.

    3) The bill is to be presented at the any branch of HDFC Bank Ltd.

    a> Payment Process: Log in to www.ndita.org -> Select Online payment for property tax ->Log in -> On
    line & Off line
    b> On line -> Sigh in with user ID , password & customer ID -> Put assessee number -> Do payment
    c> Off Line -> Sign in with User ID & password -> Generate challan for cash/cheque payment ->Take
    printout of challan -> Go to any nearest HDFC branch & deposit.
    Select Fund Transfer option ->Select RTGS/NEFT option.

    4) Cash and cheque payments will be acknowledged in all branches of HDFC Bank Ltd. Cheques/Bank Drafts on a
    single local bank only A/c of "Nabadiganta Industrial Township Authority" may be accepted subjects to realization.
    Payment by cheque will not be deemed acquaintance until the cheque is actually cashed.

    5) Cheques should be deposited at least 2 working days before the due date for payment and /or rebate entitlement.

    6) Bill no., Quarter no. to be mentioned at the back side of the cheque.

    7) For payment beyond Due Date interest @Re. 1 per Rs. 100/- per month or part thereof will be levied on subsequent
    bill.

    8) Part payment for extension of due date will not be accepted in any circumstances.

    9) If Cheque is dishonored for whatever reasons, payment will be accepted only in cash and charge of Rs. 150/-, per bill
    will be payable in addition to interest if any.

    10) In case of exigency duplicate bill may be obtained from Nabadiganta Industrial Township Authority, Unnayan Bhavan,
    1st Floor, Block - A, Sector - II, Bidhannagar, Kolkata - 700 091 on payment of Rs.200/-.

    11) Please check the bill properly if there is any mistake in the bill, it should be brought to the notice of the Authority for
    correction. Any over payment, if made will be adjusted by the Authority in subsequent bill.

    12) HOURS OF PAYMENT :


    Working Hours - 09.30 A.M. to 03.30 P.M.
    Holiday - 2nd & 4th Saturday & all Sundays

    ATTENTION IS DRAWN TO SECTION 116 OF BENGAL MUNICIPAL ACT,1993 REQUIRING NOTICE TO BE GIVEN TO
    THE CHAIRMAN FOR ALL TRANSFERS OF TITLES AND SUCCESSIONS BY INHERITANCE AND RENTAL
    AGREEMENT.
