So what next?

Your Certificate of Motor Insurance is attached. All your other documents are
kept safe and sound in Your Account. Log in using your email address and
password. If you haven't already set up a password, your password will be your
policy number. If this is the first time logging in to Your Account, you'll be asked to
change your password once you've logged in.

Your sensor will be dispatched shortly. Once received, remember to set up your
sensor and link it with your smartphone via the 1ST CENTRAL Connect app as soon
as possible. Your installation guide is in Your Account. Don't worry, you can drive
immediately from the date your policy begins whilst you're waiting for your sensor to
arrive.

You can easily check and manage your automatic renewal status through Your
Account or by speaking to our friendly support team, where you can choose if you
want your policy to automatically renew next year or not.

You’ve got RAC Breakdown Cover included in your policy, so please save the
number 0330 159 8714 somewhere safe, and just quote your policy number if you
ever need to call them.

Please carefully check that all the details on your documents including your
Statement of Fact and Certificate of Insurance are correct. We may make checks on
the information you provide both after your purchase or if you need to make a claim
therefore it’s important that it’s correct.

Need to update your details? For a reduced fee you can easily make changes to
your policy in Your Account.

your claim. Our claims team are always here to help 24 hours a day now online and
still over the phone.

You can tax your vehicle online. It can take up to 7 days for your insurance to show
on the database; you can check this at askmid.com.

Have you seen our new updated logo? We hope you like it as much as we do! You may notice some of your emails
have our old logo whilst we work hard to get everything updated.
