I. LEARNING COMPETENCY:
The learner solves problems that involve triangle similarity and right triangles. M9GE-IV-1
LEARNING OBJECTIVE:
The learner determines the measure of the unknown side of a 45-45-90 right triangle.
III. PROCEDURE
1. Let the students get prepared through introductory activity via recorded video.
2. Present house rules to the students.
3. Give the students an activity “The Money Tree” to review on the characteristics of a square and
similarity triangles. Earning more money in as much as you can. ( Integrated across TLE –
entrepreneur).
4. Post motive questions to the students.
5. Give the students another set of activity “Illustrate Me”. Instruct students prepare the materials needed. (
Integrated across arts)
9. To let the students give their general insights on the concept of 45-45-90 Right Triangle Theorem. Post a
question and sum up students ideas.
