    MasterCard, Amex & JCB only. Hotel's rules and regulations will apply and might change without any prior notice. Kindly
    note that, as per instruction from Central Bank of Bangladesh payment from any card is accepted only on site in presence
    of both the card and card holder.

    Early Departure Policy: During check-in please reconfirm your expected date of departure. Our valued guests are
    requested to inform at least 48 hours prior to early departure or extensions date. One night early departure charges may
    apply if not notified within time frame.

    Early C/in & Late C/out Policy: For Early Check-in half day charge is applicable from 8 am to 12pm. Before 8 am, room
    needs to book from previous day. For late Check-out till 1800 hours will incur half day charge. After 1800 hours it will be
    charged as full day. All early check-ins & late check outs will be depending on availability (Occupancy, Arrivals and
    Departures).

    Cancellation Policy: All booking must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival by 1400 Hrs. to avoid being charged a
    cancellation fee of one night's accommodation.

    Travel Desk: Car hire is available round the clock. We have Sedan and Minivan (Dual AC, 12 Seater). Site seeing and
    Tours are available and can be booked at our Travel Desk. For airport pick up and Drop off service please contact 48 hours
    prior to arrival. Domestic tickets are available from US Bangla & Novo air. For further query and assistance please
