Abu Hazim said: In the name of Allah the Compassionate, the Merciful. Al-Nasihah to the
Muslim rulers is obligatory. Obedience is only for a just Qurashi ruler, there is no obedience
for anyone other than a Qurashi. obeying them in everything is obligatory except if they order
to sins. Al-Nasihah to all Muslims is obligatory and that is to love for a Muslim what a Muslim
loves for himself and to dislike for a Muslim what a Muslim dislikes for himself.
A person defending himself from oppression is not done by him oppressing who did not
oppress him.
Lying is allowed between spouses to bring satisfaction to each other and it is allowed to lie to
bring between two men reconciliation and it is allowed to lie for someone, that if he says the
truth then he will be oppressed or other Muslims will be because of it be oppressed.
Cursing the infidels and liars from the Muslims and the major sinners is righteousness,
except for the Muslims consuming Khamr, it is not allowed to curse them. Cursing the
Infidels is obligatory and cursing who Allah cursed from the sinners is a good act. It is
disliked to curse animals.
Having proudness in ancestry is a sin and a weakness in intellect, all humans are sons of
Adam and Hawa.
Loving the Ansar is obligatory and likewise loving all of the Sahabah is obligatory and
overlooking their mistakes if they had it, is also obligatory.
Being ungrateful is from the major sins, being grateful is to give likewise from what you
received if unable to then it can be done with praying for them.
Hospitality towards guests is obligatory day and night, even if they stay for up to four days,
after that it is not obligatory.
Hijrah ended after the conquest of Makkah, the Muhajir of today is nothing but the one that
leaves what Allah has prohibited him from, and it is obligatory to move to where the rulings
of Islam are being carried out.
It is severely disliked to write in the beginning of the chapters of the Qur'an names and the
numbers of the Ayat.
It is not allowed to write in the Mushaf anything, except the Qur'an, and it is obligatory to
write between each Surah the Basmalah, except before Surah al-Bara’ah and Surah al-
Anfal. It is not allowed to write between them and it is also not allowed to write al-
Ta’awwudh.
The space between the grave of Rasulullah ﷺand his pulpit is one of the gardens of
paradise and that means that praying there leads you to Jannah, In Sha’ Allah.
The strong Mu’min is more beloved to Allah than the weak one and this strength is only in
Siyasah and making the Muslims benefit from knowledge, it is not regarding physical
strength.
If a person isolates himself to the deserts is disliked, and if a person isolates himself after
having lived among people, and taught them goodness then he is a sinner.
Hudud are expiation for the sins done except for the one who severs the way of Ma'ruf.
It is obligatory on anyone to close the containers that hold anything before sleep.
There is a tremendous reward for expanding the various amounts of weapons in any type of
way for the Muslims to use it in Igharah.
Lying on the back, whether spread out or not, is permitted in the mosque; however, crossing
one foot over the other while lying down is prohibited.
Taswir of the ones who have a soul is from major sins except for plants, trees or earth.
it's not allowed to shave some part of the head and leave the other part unshaven, shaving
the hair is in general disliked except in Hajj
Disliked names are: Barra’, ‘Asiya, Huzn. Prohibited names are: Nafi’, Barakah, Aflah,
Rabah, Najih, Yasar. The best of names are: Abd al-Rahman, Abdullah. The names of
prophets are recommended. The most truthful names are: Al-Harith, Hammam. The worst
names are: Khalid and Malik, but they are allowed. It is prohibited to name anything that's
worshiped other than Allah.
If anyone sits at the roads, then giving the roads its right is obligatory and that is to lower the
gaze from looking at what is not allowed, refraining from harming, replying to Salam,
advocating good and forbidding evil.
There is nothing wrong in giving Women or children Salam without suspicion, and the
woman does not have to reply to the Salam of men. If she does reply then there is nothing
wrong in it.
Separation between men and women is obligatory and the woman who is not with the
husband is not approached by men.
Burning the skin is allowed for treatment, fever is from the flames of hellfire it should be
treated with water.
Shawniz (black seeds) and honey have Barakah in them. Talbinah has a benefit for the sick
hearted and cures sadness.
If there is a plague, then escaping is not allowed. If there is a need to travel and it is not
intended to escape then it is allowed. If he is aware that there is a place with a plague he
must not enter that place.
There is no infection, no Hama, no star promising rain, and no serpent in a hungry belly. The
people used to make the month of Safar lawful for war, they made it lawful in one year and
unlawful in another year, then Rasulullah ﷺsaid there is no Safar.
Snakes are always killed without warning them, but if they are in anyone’s house they are
not killed except after asking the snake to leave thrice as they may be Muslim Jinns, if they
remain after the three times they are infidels and are killed. The short-tailed snake and the
snake having stripes over it are always killed.
The closest to Rasulullah ﷺwas his father Abdullah Ibn Abdil Muttalib and his mother
Aminah Bint Wahb Ibn Abd Manaf Ibn Zuhrah Ibn Kilab and his uncle Abu Talib, and they
are all in the hellfire.
Banu Al-Najjar from Al-Khazraj and Banu Al-Ashhal from Al-Aws did not have a single
Munafiq among them and also not any infidel among them.
The scholars are of two types. The first is the one that transmits what he hears and
memorizes it till it reaches the Fuqaha who can understand better from what is narrated. The
second are the ones who understand from what is narrated, but do not memorize all of it or
most of it, they teach the people and they are greater in Fadl.
Whoever conceals any knowledge will be bridled with a bridle of fire on the day of judgment.
If anyone finds a grammar mistake attributed to Rasulullah ﷺmust correct it. Rasulullah ﷺ
never made any grammar mistake. Whoever transmits from him a grammar mistake has
lied.
Dar ul-Hijrah are of two: one of them is Al-Madinah and the second is the land of Habashah
and the order to make Hijrah to them has ended since Makkah has been conquested.
The ones who witnessed Badr and Hudaybiyyah will never enter the fire except for one man,
it is said that he is called Hurqus Al-Sa’di.
The Muslims are Arabs and non-Arabs Rasulullah ﷺdid warn from some non-Arabs
according to their evil.
Pointing with any weapon to any Muslim is not allowed and the angels will curse the one
doing it.
All the prophets are always free of any type of sin, small or major and indeed Adam did not
sin as it was not something he did on purpose.
Whoever slanders Aisha, his ruling is that of an apostate and his blood is permissible to spill.
Al-Batashah in the Qur'an refers to the day of Badr, and Al-Dukhan refers to the famine that
took place on tribe of Mudar from the supplication of Rasulullah ﷺ.
If anyone forbids evil but does it himself and enjoins good but leaves goodness will be
punished in the fire.
The writing of Ahadith while the Qur'an was being sent down was disliked but later
Rasulullah ﷺhad ordered Abu Shaah to write the words of Rasulullah ﷺ.
Henna is not disliked for men if it is done properly, not intended in a way of imitating women
and a woman can do it anyway she wants.
and all colored clothes are allowed for women except for the mourning women, for them no
colored clothing is allowed. For men everything except silk and safflower is allowed.
Allah cursed the women who imitate the men, this only applies to outfit, not in her character.
There is no harm if a woman is not covering her Awrah in front of a blind Ajnabi, if she is
sure that they can not see anything.
One of the most evil of people is the two-faced person, he is the one who says something to
people and says the opposite of it to others.
If anyone anywhere gets greeted with the Salam then it is not allowed to spill his blood till it
is known if he is a Mu’min or an infidel
It is not disliked to raise the gaze into the sky except in prayer.
It is disliked to sit in the sun.
There is no harm in men entering bathrooms with an Izar covering the awrah, it is disliked for
women except in necessity and if she enters she covers her entire body.
Visiting the sick is obligatory and entering once is enough for fulfilling its obligation.
Knowing the Sirah of Rasulullah ﷺis obligatory and knowing all his wars is obligatory.
Knowledge about Fiqh becomes obligatory when a person has to carry out something
regarding that Fiqh. Knowledge about Fiqh of Hajj is obligatory if he is going to perform, and
knowledge about Fiqh of marriage is obligatory if he is getting married.
Kissing the hands and feet of those of high ranks is recommended, as Rasulullah ﷺin
general ordered to treat the people according to their ranks. Kissing the dead body is also
recommended, as for kissing the earth, and Sujud on it, it is always prohibited.
It is prohibited to stand up for anyone that comes in the room or any place to show respect
even if it is the Khalifah and the one who enjoys others standing up for him takes his seat in
the hellfire. There is no harm in moving up the weapons if the Imam to whom obedience for
is obligatory enters.
Cleaning the shoes and serving the Imam is obligatory on the people, if the Imam is just.
It is not allowed to stand up for a speech that has any falsehood. It is obligatory to change
any speech that is false.
If someone transgresses in any way then the exact same can be done against that person,
such as hitting or insulting, without insulting someone else by it or hurting someone else. If
this is done then the same amount of insults must be done back. Being patient is better.
Being silent regarding who passed away is obligatory.
It is disliked to use names for someone which he is not called, if that name is the only thing a
person is known by and if it does not anger him for using it, it is allowed.
Al-Ghirah is obligatory.
Isa will judge with what was revealed to Rasulullah ﷺand will pray one day behind a
Qurashi Imam.
Cursing the thieves and the infidels is a means of getting closer to Allah.
Saying: “May Allah make me ransom for you”, or: “My father and mother be your ransom”, is
both allowed
Kibr is from major sins and that is to see others lower than you.
It is obligatory to give Salam any Muslim wherever a person comes across them and it is
obligatory on the one hearing it to reply to him.
Taking care of the needs of the neighbor is obligatory and being kind to them is obligatory.
Iman is only complete if Allah and his messenger are the most beloved to a person more
than anything else and any other human.
If anyone does good and teaches good then whoever he taught good he will get that reward
of whoever does it and whoever does evil and teaches evil whoever does it he will get their
sins.
The one who doubts Islam and the one who rejects islam are the same.
And visiting the sick muslims is obligatory once. Also visiting the graves is obligatory at least
once, dua for mercy on an infidel is prohibited, but visiting their graves is allowed.
Everything of the Qur'an is Muhkam except the broken letters in the beginnings of the
chapters, no one knows their meaning except Allah and it is prohibited to ask their
meanings.
Mutilating and peeling skin off are prohibited, Qisas and any of the Hudud are not from
mutilation. It is prohibited to mutilate any dead body, not from animals, muslims, and also not
the dead bodies of the infidels
Before sleep, it is obligatory to close the door, to close the containers, to close the lights, and
to mention the name of Allah.
If anyone is done eating he should lick his fingers or let it get licked before washing and
should lick his plate and if food falls on the ground it should be eaten.
It is not allowed for anyone to use the name Abu al-Qasim whether his name is Muhammad
or not.
If any Muslim requests something thrice and he still did not get permission he must leave it.
No one must say my soul has become evil, but should say: my soul is in bad shape.
Women who pluck hairs from their face are cursed, plucking is not the same as shaving.
We finish everything here and we say, all praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds. Peace
and blessings of Allah be upon our master Muhammad, his servant, his messenger. There is
no power or strength except by Allah. The Most High, the Most Great.
