A pure-bred advertising man, Joe’s career began with Leo Burnett on the P&G business before he joined Lintas.
25 years and 250 brands later, he resigned as the Group Chairman & CEO for India, the Regional President
for South & Southeast Asia and a Global Management Committee member of the
MullenLowe Group network.
He has double hatted business and strategic planning roles throughout his career. Prior to taking over the
agency leadership in 2011, Joe was for the preceding 5 years, the Business & Strategy lead at
Lintas on the Unilever business; with country, regional and global remits.
As Group CEO, he led and drove Lintas India’s phenomenal purple patch between 2013 to 2017 across Business growth,
Creative excellence and Organization reputation. Infact, during this same period, for the first time ever,
it also got ranked amongst the Top 5 “Most Effective” agencies in the world
for 5 consecutive years (2013, 14, 15, 16, 17).

Previously the National Creative Director at Mullen Lintas, Shriram is regarded as one of finest creative talents in Indian
advertising today, Shriram has created some memorable campaigns for brands like Pepsodent, Axe,
ICICI Bank, Havell’s, OLX, Micromax, Bajaj, Viacom, Too Yum and Tata Tea.
He believes that stories liberate brands and with newer platforms and formats emerging, it is critical for
brands to tell many stories.
Paul is one of the industry’s first digital evangelists, with a two-decade career spent entirely in the digital marketing and
communications area - from being a brand manager for a Technology company to starting his own digital venture
to spearheading the digital marketing efforts within large communications networks
like MullenLowe Lintas and Publicis Groupe.
Paul has rich experience that spans the entire digital marketing spectrum, across brands like
Ebay, HDFC Ergo, HUL, Titan, Maruti, Sun Pharma, Tata Mutual Fund, Dabur, Godrej etc.

Rajiv is part of a rare breed of advertising professionals who has demonstrated equal competence and brilliance in
business strategy and execution. He is widely acknowledged in the industry for his fantastic partnerships –
not just with clients, but also with the content creation and content production eco-systems.
His commitment to excellence has been demonstrated in his past association with brands like Britannia,
Tanishq, Fastrack, GoDaddy, Tata Tea, Micromax, Pernod Ricard, ITC, OLX and many others
Srikanth has had experiences across Advertising, Marketing, Entertainment, Digital and Direct. His stint at
Leo Burnett in their Mumbai and London offices saw him lead strategy and business
on marketers like P&G, McDonalds, HDFC Life and Coca Cola.
He then moved to head marketing for Walt Disney TV in India, after which he set up the India
business for Advocacy, the World’s most awarded Word of Mouth Agency.
