2.2 Theme
For Assignment 1, each assignment group requires to create a survey based on the selected
themes given by the lecturer. The survey should focus on understanding the respondents’
preferences, usage or opinion of the chosen theme.
The collected data will then be analysed to gain understandings on the chosen theme based
on the answers from the respondents.
2.3 Tasks
You are required to:
1. Create a GOOGLE FORMS.
i. Data collection:
● Each group member is required to identify ONE (1) objective of the data analysis,
which are relevant to the theme given by the lecturer.
● Based on the objectives, create ONE (1) Google Forms for the survey to obtain
relevant data.
● The group is required to collect at least 50 sets of survey responds. Survey
questions may include personal details of respondent such as gender, age and etc.,
followed by questions related to the objectives organised with appropriate
sections.

3.0 SUBMISSION
• ONLY the GROUP LEADER is required to SUBMIT the assignment.
• All other group members must ensure that the correct materials are submitted.
• Each group MUST submit:
o ONE (1) Google Forms Survey Form (link and PDF file)
Rename the PDF file to:
<Practical Group No.>_<Group Name>_Survey_Form
(E.g. P1_Group1_Survey_Form)
o ONE (1) Workbook Spreadsheet (.xlsx file)
Rename the Excel file to:
<Practical Group No.>_<Group Name>_Data_Analysis
(E.g. P1_Group1_Data_Analysis)
(Note: Google Form submission link will be shared during practical session in Week 10)

● This assignment must be from your original work and effort. Any plagiarism and
copying found would result in ZERO (0) mark awarded to all members of the group.
● Any late submission will result in 10% daily deduction from the total mark of this
assignment.
