What is Personal Health?
The ability to take charge of your health by making conscious decisions to be healthy. It is not only refers to the
physical wellness of an individual , but it is also comprises.
Five Types of Personal Health
There are 5 dimensions of Personal Health
1. PHYSICAL HEALTH- a state of well-being.
2. MENTAL HEALTH -includes our emotional psychological , and social well-being.
3. EMOTIONAL HEALTH- is about how we think and feel.
4. SPIRITUAL HEALTH- anything that relates to the health and wellness of a person’s spirit.
5. SOCIAL HEALTH- our ability to interact and form meaningful relationships with others.

GROUP 1: SING-aling

GROUP 2: ARTISTA NA KO!
BATANG QUIAPO Scene: A boy / girl doesn’t eat vegetable and fish. What will Tanggol do to
make boy/ girl eat nutritious food.
GROUP 3: TEATRO-rific
