2. WARRANTY
2.1. Machine warranty
Free service and replacement part(s) for machine and its supporting
equipment besides laser source unit as long as 12 months, starting from the
date of machine acceptance. Machine warranty covering all parts
replacement, exclude consumable items, caused by factory defect under
normal usage of the machine.

2.2. Laser source warranty

Free service and replacement part(s) for laser source unit (Raycus) as long as
24 months, starting from the date of machine acceptance. Laser source
warranty covering all parts replacement, caused by factory defect under
normal usage of the machine.

2.3. Terms and Conditions of Warranty

Machine warranty and laser source warranty applicable only if :
 1. Machine operated by skilled person trained by Dimensi
Berkat Barutama’s engineer.
2. Machine used to cut material listed and within the thickness range in
Performance Index Table explained in Chapter 1.

3. All points in Installation Condition are fulfilled accordingly.

3. AFTER SALES SUPPORT

1. Dimensi Berkat Barutama will regularly have free maintenance visit every
2 or 3 months during machine warranty period to ensure machine
performance still on top, and conduct refresh training for machine
operator.
2. In case of machine malfunction or problem or application issue, Dimensi
Berkat Barutama guarantee fast response from our technical engineer.
After problem solved and machine back to run normally, our engineer will
conduct technical meeting with customer’s person in charge to give
brief information about problem diagnose, root cause, and how to avoid
similar issue occurred in future.

4. SCOPE OF SUPPLY

Based on modular design,has excellent beam quality and high
stability, which structure is compact and water-cooling. The laser can
be adjusted continuously, and the beam is transmitted be fiber and
QBH connector, which is ideal for laser cutting, laser welding, etc . The
laser is very suitable for system intergration with robot or machine
tool, and is widely used for laser cutting, welding, 3D printing,
electronics, automobile parts,aerospace, etc
