    JintergEco SOP-500

    Scouring and Emulsifying Agent

    JintergEco SOP-500 is specially designed for the scouring of synthetic &


    elastomeric fabrics. It removes oil of elastomeric fibre effectively and increases the
    fabric quality. It is low foaming, suitable for all type of machines, solvent free &
    no harm to human, environment and fiber.

    ADVANTAGES:

    ➢ JintergEco SOP-500 has excellent scouring and emulsifying power, can


    remove oil and wax from stained yarns or fabrics and prevent re-staining.
    ➢ Stable in alkalis, high temperature and oxidant of scouring and cleaning
    processes for synthetic, natural fabrics and their blends.
    ➢ Cleans Lycra or spandex silicone oil effectively and improves white specks.
    ➢ Low foaming
    ➢ Environmentally friendly, APEO free.

    PROPERTIES:

    Appearance Clear colourless ~light yellow liquid


    Ionic Nature Anionic/Nonionic
    pH 5±1
    Solubility Dissolves in 40 ℃ warm water：
    Storage Stability Stable at normal condition, avoids direct exposure sun and
    high temperature and sealed package can be storage up to
    one year.

    APPLICATION:

    The dosage of JintergEco SOP-500 depends upon the fabric type, machine and
    spandex blend composition. The general recommendation as below
    (1) Scouring or Desizing of synthetic fabric
    a. Batch:
    JintergEco SOP-500 1.5~2g/l
    JintexyEco SQ-113FE 0.5~1g/l
    NaOH (45%) 2~3g/l
    80~100℃×20~30min.
    b. Continuous Scouring & Desizing
    JintergEco SOP-500 1.5~2g/l
    JintexyEco SQ-113FE 1.5~3g/l
    NaOH (45%) 6~8g/l

    (2) Scouring of fabrics including Lycra or spandex:


    a. By continuous shrink scouring machine:
    JintergEco SOP-500 5.0~12.0g/l
    JintexyEco SQ-113FE 1.0~2.0g/l
    Na2CO3 2.0g/l

    b. By batch scouring in Jet Machine - Exhaust


    JintergEco SOP-500 1.0~2.0g/l
    JintexyEco SQ-113FE 1.0~2.0 g/l
    Na2CO3 / NaOH (45%) 0.5-1.0gpl (Optional)

    Note: The product performance will increase at alkaline condition
