Dear Leiden

On 25/07/23 we wrote to tell you your Jobseeker Support will stop on 29/08/23. If you still
need these payments, you need to reapply before this date.

Jobseeker Support is paid for up to 12 months while you look for work. To continue getting
this benefit, you need to reapply, complete a Comprehensive Work Assessment and have
your application approved by 29/08/23. Otherwise your benefit will stop from 29/08/23.

How to reapply

You need to do these two things. The easiest way is using MyMSD.

1. Make an appointment to talk with us about the steps you've taken to prepare for or
to find a job, how we can help and what you need to do next
2. Fill out an online form

Please make sure you meet with us. You're welcome to bring a support person with you.

Using MyMSD

MyMSD is easy to use. Thousands of people like you use it every day to do things like
check payments, tell us what they earned and apply for help with costs.

If you need help to set up a MyMSD account or don't have access to the internet, please
MOHAWK_RP62A

contact us.

GET IN TOUCH IF YOU NEED HELP REAPPLYING

Please talk with us as soon as you can if you think you can't reapply. We may be able to
accept a late application within 20 days of this date if there's a good reason - for example
if you've been in hospital.

If you've started your application but haven't been able to finish it in time, let us know by
29/08/23. That way, as long as you do everything we need you to do within 10 working
days of this date, we may still be able to complete your application.

If you have already completed your reapplication and booked your appointment to talk to a
case manager you can ignore this letter.
