    ADDICUR E2-FLEX
    Two component high flexible cementitious protective & water proofing compound.

    Description :
    • ADDICUR E2-flex is a two components one of them is a modified cement base powder,
    and the other is a.water proofing resin base liquid

    Fields of Use :
    • External and internal waterproofing of concrete & masonary surfaces and repair of cracks.
    • Used for water tanks, foundations, sport floors, fecades of coastal structures and bridges.
    • Used for potable water and sanitary projects.
    • Used for swimming pools, industrial pools and fountains..
    Advantages :
    • Crack repair in cement & masonary surfaces.
    • Excellent adhesion with concrete.
    • High resistance to coastal weather.
    • Can be coated with coloured paints as addicon.
    • Good abrasion resistance.
    • Resistant to car exhaust fumes

    Technical Data :( at 25° C)


    • Color Grey (Can be produced in different colors upon request)
    • Density (mixed) 1. 62 ± 0.05 kg/liter
    • Mix ratio 2 (powder) : 1 (liquid) net weight
    • Pot life 30 minute (decrease in high temperature)
    • Toxicity Non – Toxic
    • Minimum no. of coats: 2layers for moisture insulation &
    3 layers for waterproofing (increase with high water pressure according to the
    Egyptian code)
    • Rate of use (Theoretical) 1-1.25 km/m2/coat

    How to use :
    • Surfaces should be wet and free from grease, oil and loose adhering particles.
    • Defects in surfaces should be repaired with addibond mortar .
    • Put 75% from liquid component in the container then Add powder component gradually
    in the container and stir very well, use mechanical stirrer to reach homogynious
    mixture, add the rest of liquid during mixing.
    • Apply paint with brush or dilute with water and spray the paint.
    • Apply required number of coats after drying of previous coat (about 6 hours) clean it with a soft brush to remove
    loose particles, then moisturize and paint in perpendicular direction.
    • Clean tools with water after work.
    Safety Precautions:
    • Wear gloves, overalls and goggles during handling & application.
    • In case of contact, rinse off thoroughly with water.
    • If the material is splashed into the eyes, these should be immediately washed with water and then
    report to an eye specialist.
    • Wash hands with soap and water after use.
    • Do not eat or smoke during application.
    Storage / Shelf - Life:
    • 12 months under suitable conditions in a dry place.
    • Store the tow components in separate places.

    • group 30 kg ( 20 kg powder + 10 kg liquid ).
