Introduction –
Good morning,
I am Rohit bharti thanking u fr giving me opportunity to introduce myself. So here
my schooling is from Maharishi vidyamandir orai itself and for my Bachelors degree
I am pursuing Bca from psit college of Higher education
I have a nuclear family which includes my parents and my twin brother who is
pursuing bpharma from Psit itself
My father is a businessman and mother is a government teacher and they both are
working hard to make our needs fulfil .Coming upon to my hobby . I like sketching,
paintings and yes dance is my favorite.Last month during my college fest I was
being rewarded as 1st runner-up prize in dance competition as well. At last,My
positive attitude is somewhat that keeps me different from others
Strength and weakness –

Public speaking is one of my Strength and I find it easy to communicate with others
second is that I'm self-motivated which help me to present me in more confident
manner. I'm hardworking as well which helps me to upgrade my skill for
upcoming future.
Maam, yes I agree with that .. NO one is all good going. But as for sure I have no
weakness and the ones which I feel up .. I take spontaneous effect to make
it as my strength.

Short and long term goal –

Short term goal - Sir , Currently my short term goal is to be an employee of this
reputated organization and give a quick start to my career with benefit of
organization as well.
Long term goal- Sir my long term goal is somewhat the place where I see myself
can be considered as I am admiring myself to be at senior position in this
organization and would work with the employee's with high spirit ,managing the
things smoothly for the growth and welfare of organization as well.
Why to work in night shifts ?

Sir I am aware about the timings of my preferred Job role here and yes I am
comfortable for night shifts becz as we are a growing student and our career is to be
is still established we have to work hard to make over it and in our scholl n college it
ws the only time wakened to grow up our skills and I am well aware about it.
Why should we hire you?

My good management, communication skills with strong leadership qualities which
have been enhanced from the work experience I gained up there as an intern and it
would all sum up to be a perfect combination for the growth of organization and
joining your reputated organization will give a good kick start to my career.
Role model –
Role model is someone we can be inspired with to behold the positive attitude to
passon with hurdles. I have absorbed the same from my mother. She is a government
teacher and the way I noticed her maintaining time balance, managing
households,along with care of me and my twin brother at a same time from schooling
till even now. So yes the hardwork ,dedication she is having itself it's inspirational
and I would like to be like her.
Why in this fiels or role ?

Yes sir I am well aware about this but as far I have observed myself developing and
gaining intereest in management field , with leadership qualities and the
interaction towards connecting new people . I can easily prove myself much more
better in this field .So , I believe in that in earlier semesters of mine I have known
about some management topics as well and I can easily go with it.
Higher studies or job ?

Sir, as per further studies or job .. I would like to go on with some work experience
and know about my perfect skill development and the place where I can get a
perfect hike for my upcoming years and carrer to be treated nicely.
Location –
Because it is near to my location and will be convenient enough for me to grow up
on different phase of life where I can get better opportunities as well.
Because it is in easy reach to my location ,my family relative are also there and will
be convenient enough for me to grow up on different phases of life where I can get
better opportunities as well.
Fav movie : Bruce Lee the fighter...

In that movie I compared myself as RamCharan where how he played a role of
encouraging his sister to grow up and was very kind ... Similarly, In my family I
predict myself as it .
In free time or spare time , I used to go with my hobbies like doing painting ,
sketching and some ease creative work with fewer things..
Morning to noon-
Sir from today morning , it was simple like awaking up ,doing jogging followed with
self care , worshiped to god and then having breakfast ... Then going up with some
learning part.. Doing my lunch in noon and done waiting and preparing myself to
present best in interview.
