- in science, the precision of measurements used in research
can lead either to a great discovery or a fruitless quest.
CAPP recognised this at the earliest stages in its development and

committed itself to only one task - designing pipettes that will be
the most precise instruments in the industry, without compromise.
By introducing adjustable volume pipettes that can also be used

with removable fixed volume knobs, we created a pinnacle of
accuracy that is widely used in many reference laboratories
worldwide. There is no longer a reason to use multiple fixed volume

Our answer to this is to recycle as much as we possibly can and GmbH
encourage our customers to do the same.
Customers can partner with AHN by incorporating sustainable
laboratory practices through the ecotrade programme.
By partnering with a local distributor you can submit your old pipettes
(of any brand, not just ours). Our distribution partner will then ship
the old pipettes to our manufacturing facility where we will carefully
disassemble each pipette into its individual component, following
Green Dot guidelines.

Easy and light tip mounting and ejection

Excessive use of the thumb is a major cause of repetitive strain
injuries and user discomfort in multichannel pipetting.
The unique design of the CAPPAero96 Multichannel Pipette
considerably reduces the thumb workload. Ejection is simply a
matter of applying light pressure to the levered ejector arm.
Thanks to the double O-rings on the aluminium and metal nose
cones, the CAPPAero96 Multichannel Pipette eliminates the need
to ‘hammer’ your pipette into the tip rack to mount your tip
correctly. You only need to apply a slight even pressure to perfectly
secure the tips to the nose cones.
CAPPAero96 Multichannel Pipettes are one of the lightest pipettes

Microbiology
CAPPMicrobiology Single Channel Pipettes are ideal for microbiology tests in
the food industry.

CAPPMaestro Electronic Pipette combines all the benefits that the modern
researcher needs. The “Favourites” button is the first function that you will
see on CAPPMaestro’s OLED display. The fully-coloured OLED display gives

Made of highly chemical-resistant materials, such as PTFE, PFA, borosilicate and platinum,
CAPPForte Bottle-Top Dispenser is the ideal choice for dispensing bases, acids and solvents.
Using the positive displacement principle, where a tightly fitting piston wipes the walls of the glass-cylinder, removing the
liquid completely, CAPPForte can be used for dispensing media that are difficult to handle, such as crystallizing, viscous,
foaming or vaporing liquids. Autoclavable at 121°C / 250°F, CAPPForte can also be used for sterile applications.
For use with hydrogen fluoride/ hydrofluoric acid, CAPPForte Bottle-Top Dispenser offers a specially adjusted model,
called CF10-1-HF (1-10mL), where the dispensed liquid only comes into contact with the materials of
PFA, Al²O³, FEP, ETFE, PTFE, platinum-iridium and PVDF.
CAPPForte Bottle-Top Dispenser offers a range of features which increase user-safety
and comfort. Locking the 3-way valve disables the dispensing function, preventing
unintentional reagent flow. Additionally, the system can be evacuated without
removing the unit from the bottle, and the transparent plastic sleeve protects the user
from cuts and splashes in the event of the accidental breaking of glass.
Both right and left-handed users can quickly and accurately set up the desired volume
using the slide-and-lock volume setting button. The discharge tube can be rotated,
making the bottle label visible at any time. The telescope intake tube is easily
adjustable, fitting reagent bottles without cutting. Three PP-adapters for the most
common bottle sizes are supplied with the instrument.

CAPP‘s EXPell Pipette Tips Reload System is available for 10µL standard and extended length as well as for 200µL and
1000-1250µL tips. Depending on tip volume, it consists of towers with 5, 8 or 10 insert plates containing 96 tips each.
The system is extremely easy to use. Take off the tower cover and pick up the insert plate with tips. Place it into the
empty rack. The rack has been refilled with 96 tips.

Black Microcentrifuge Tubes. The black tubes are available in one size (1.5mL) and come bulk packed
in bags of 500pcs. The black polypropylene compound creates a completely opaque barrier, preventing
light from causing any reactions within the liquid inside the tube and making the tubes ideal for
processing light-sensitive samples.
EXPellSecure Black Microcentrifuge Tubes are a great alternative to the commonly used method of

The CAPP EXPell Spin Column system is a new product line in the EXPell range that provides
a streamlined way for life scientists to separate, isolate, and purify biomolecules with high-quality
product yields. With applications ranging from DNA extraction to DNA recovery from agarose gels,
plasmid miniprep to PCR clean-up, EXPell Spin Columns would find a place in many molecular

CAPP EXPellPCR seals are adaptable to a broad range of temperatures to allow for a full
array of usage scenarios. All CAPP EXPellPCR adhesive plate seals can safely withstand high
temperatures of up 120ºC to without any loss of integrity. This allows EXPellPCR seals to
withstand the fluctuations of PCR amplification without peeling off from sealed plates. All variants
of EXPellPCR seals can also be used in cold storage, reaching temperatures as low as -40ºC. For
even colder storage needs, we recommend using the aluminium CAPP EXPellPCR sealing foil
which can be used in ultra-low temperature storage of PCR samples (≈-80ºC).

to meet industry-leading quality measures. Manufactured in a contaminant-free cleanroom and
from premium-quality polystyrene, CAPP Petri Dishes offer truly excellent performance.
The industrial design of each petri dish allows for maximum heat transfer between the
ambient air in the incubator and the bacteria on the culture. This creates an optimal thermal zone for
growth at the set temperature. With superior optical properties, tasks like observing growth patterns,
hemolysis and antibiotic sensitivity, among others, are quick and accurate.
Each batch is supplied in packs of 10 or 20 petri dishes. Users can open the right number of plates for their culture media

With CAPP’s new sterile, disposable reagent reservoirs, you can enjoy more
efficiency in your manual liquid handling workflows. The new CAPPSharp
Reagent Reservoirs make quick work of liquid transfer, whether you are
working on ELISA, PCR, or any other suitable protocol.
Constructed from our unique blend of virgin polystyrene, the new reagent
reservoirs have a high degree of chemical stability. The material construction
allows for a greater range of reagent compatibility across various protocols,
and follows CAPP’s promise of robust laboratory equipment.
The reservoirs feature an angled interior which maximises sample
withdrawal during pipetting, whilst also reducing dead volume.
This significantly decreases any wastage of precious reagents and sample
volume. Each interior slope also features accurate, indelible graduations
that give the user clear visibility of reagent volumes from any angle.
With four conveniently located pour spouts, all corners of the

autoclaving at +121°C for 20 minutes.
EXPell Cryoboxes are universally compatible with many other brands of cryo tubes. When used along with EXPell Cryo
Tubes, they provide further unique, space-saving advantages, due to the unique design of EXPell Cryo Tubes. External
thread cryo tubes are normally stored in boxes with 9x9 dividers, as the construction of the external thread adds an edge
to the lid. The streamlined design of EXPell Cryo Tubes eliminates the edges, making them perfectly suitable for storage in
boxes with 10x10 dividers. This increases the storage space by up to 23%, compared to storage in
standard 9x9 boxes.
EXPell Cryoboxes have a numerical coding on both the lid and the bottom of each box. The edges of the boxes are slanted
in order to ensure proper lid positioning and eliminate any potential encoding failures. The star-foot lock at

incubator for space-limited and mobile laboratories.
Designed with a fine-tuned microprocessor-controlled
thermal system and generous internal space,

The CAPPRondo Mini Incubator has a large inner
chamber (22 L) with plenty of space for holding a variety

The CAPPRondo Magnetic Stirrer a compact liquid
mixing device designed for excellent stirring of liquids
of various viscosities. The space efficient design allows
for a broad scope of usage environments ranging from
normal workbenches to laminar-flow cabinets, hoods, and
cold rooms. With its lightweight frame, the CAPPRondo
Magnetic Stirrer is portable and can be moved from one
workstation to another with ease.
The CAPPRondo Magnetic Stirrer has a spacious set-
up plate that can accommodate a wide range of mixing
containers ranging from small flasks to large beakers. A
powerful DC motor provides both low-speed and high-
speed mixing (400 - 2200 rpm) with an easy-to-use
control knob allowing users to quickly adjust motor speed.
Complementing the motor is the CAPPRondo Magnetic
Stirrer’s long stir bar (25mm) that makes quick work of
mixing liquid volumes of up to 10 litres.
With an IP 42 compliant product construction, the
CAPPRondo Magnetic Stirrer is protected from moisture
ingress (≤15º), and solid ingress (≥1mm) for longer lasting
performance. The easy-cleaning, closed design provides
excellent protection against spills while also minimizing
routine cleaning and maintenance. Rubberized feet and an
optimized motor stabilize the CAPPRondo Magnetic Specifications:

The CAPPRondo Magnetic Hotplate Stirrer has a load capacity of 10 litres and comes with a ceramic-coated stainless
steel plate and a powerful motor, enabling it to deliver constant speed even under varying load conditions.
CAPPRondo Magnetic Hotplate Stirrer offers variable speed setting, ranging
from 200 to 2,200 RPM, increasing in steps of 10 RPM. It heats the samples
from the ambient temperature up to 320°C and is microprocessor-
controlled for stable and reliable operation. Once the plate temperature
has reached 50°C, an LED indication is illuminated.
CAPPRondo Magnetic Hotplate Stirrer is programmable in terms of
both speed and time. The time setting ranges from 1 to 999 minutes,
and a continuous stirring mode without any time limitation can be
set up. Additionally, CAPPRondo Magnetic Hotplate Stirrer has
a last run memory function and a Pulse Mode for effective mixing.
To increase user comfort, CAPPRondo Magnetic Hotplate Stirrer
is equipped with a large display, showing all critical parameters
in a clear, visible way.
It comes with a P1000 temperature probe along with a
stand. Having connected the P1000 to the stirrer, the probe
temperature will appear on the display. When removing the
probe, the display will switch back to its default setting, showing
the plate temperature.

CAPPRondo 3D Shaker operates at a variable

speed range from 10 to 120 RPM. The brushless DC
motor ensures stable, quiet and maintenance-free

Apart from the rolling motion, an additional rocking movement has been applied to the rollers to ensure optimal
