MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:

1. This is a Special Leave Petition arising out of the

impugned judgment / final order dated 05.09.2017

passed by Hon’ble High Court of Allahabad (Division

Bench) in Application under Section 482 No.


29227/2017 wherein the Hon’ble Court had

dismissed the petition.

2. That the contents stated in the Special Leave

Petition are not repeated here for the sake of

brevity, which may kindly be referred and relied

from the records of the Special Leave Petition.

3. That the counsel for the petitioner on 04.10.2017

filed the present petition, however, there were some

defects in the matter which were notified on

09.10.2016 and the same was returned back by the

Hon’ble Courts registry for curing the defects.

4. It is submitted that the delay in filing the SLP is not

intentional but is on account of misplacing of the

many annexures.

5. That after curing all the above said defects, there is

an inevitable delay of days in re-filing the petition

which was neither deliberate nor intentional and the

same is on account of the facts summarized in the

afore said paragraphs.

PRAYER

It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed this Hon'ble

Court may graciously be pleased to : -


(i) Condone the delay of days in re-filing of the

Special Leave petition against the impugned

judgment and final order dated 05.09.2017 passed

by Hon’ble High Court of Allahabad (Division Bench)

in Application under Section 482 No. 29227/2017;

and

(ii) PASS such other or further orders as may deem fit

and proper in the interest of justice.

and belief and nothing has been concealed there

impugned judgment / final order dated 05.09.2017

passed by Hon’ble High Court of Allahabad (Division

Bench) in Application under Section 482 No.


29227/2017 wherein the Hon’ble Court had

dismissed the petition.

2. That in the accompanying Special Leave Petition, the

Applicant are filing as Annexure-P/1 and P/3 which was

originally in Hindi being the copy of original documents

have been translated in to English by an Advocate of this

Hon’ble Court to avoid procedural delay and looking to the

urgency of the matter.

PRAYER

It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed this Hon'ble Court may

graciously be pleased to:-

(i) EXEMPT the Applicants from appointment of an Official

Translator and accept the translation of Annexure-P/1 and

P/3 as true and correct; and

(ii) PASS such other or further orders as may deem fit and

proper in the interest of justice.

AND FOR THIS ACT OF KINDNESS THE PETITIONER AS IN DUTY


BOUND SHALL EVER PRAY.
