Ma’am Lorna Domingo teacher of Bartolome R. Luardo National High School is spending a summer at her aunt and Uncle’s
Jomar Ugpo farm so that she can experience something different from her urban life. The first routine task her aunt assigns to
her is to spread through organic grains in front of the chicken coop at 6 A.M. every morning. This provides food for the chicken.
It doesn’t take Ma’am Lorna long to learn that it is best to spread the grains quickly and get out of the way, unless she wants the
chicken to come pecking her way.
