FOB PROCEDURE

1. Buyer issues ICPO, Business License + Passport copy of the signee.


2. Seller issues Commercial Invoice of the stored product in tanks; Buyer signs and return
back to the seller with Tank Storage Aggreement (TSA)
3. Seller furnishes the Buyer with the below product documents;
a. Product passport
b. Certificate of Origin
c. Guarantee Letter of Performance
4. Buyer provides from their storage company, the (TC) for Sellers SGS inspectors to conduct
a fresh SGS of the product stored in tanks.
5. Upon the receipt of the TC from the buyer, seller furnishes Buyer Company with Fresh
SGS report in both parties’ company name and proceeds to program injection into buyer’s
tank.
6. All parties involved sign the NCNDA/IMFPA for commission protection payout within
24 hours after successful injection into buyers’ tanks.
7. Upon total execution and confirmation of SGS INSPECTION OF PRODUCTS IN
SELLERS TANK, and buyers provide their tank details (TSR & ATI) for injection of the
product into their tanks.

CI DIP & PAY-NON-NEGOTIABLE ROTTERDAM PROCEDURE

1. Buyer sends ICPO to Seller on receipt of Seller’s Soft Corporate Offer.


2. Seller issues commercial invoice CI, for the available quantity to Buyer. Buyer Signs and
returns to Seller with TSA and NCNDA/IMFPA signed by all buyer groups with
commission structures.
3. Buyer provides ship’s details and CPA.
4. Seller issues, Dip Test Authorization letter sign by all parties. SGS DIP test in Seller’s
Tank on Buyer expense upon successful dip test.
5. Upon the sign of DTA by all parties Seller issues fresh SGS Report, Tank receipt,
Certificate of Origin, Refinery Reservoir Receipt.
6. Buyer makes 100% payment by MT103 TT wire transfer for the total product.
7. Seller shall immediately submit the (SGS) inspection Report along with the full Proof of
Product (POP) to the Buyer and at the same time carry out the Injection to the Buyer’s ship
until it’s completed.
