SAMPLE TEACHING PLAN

TOPIC: UNDERSTANDING MENSTRUATION (Puberty changes that I am shy of asking someone older)

VENUE: CLASSROOM PARTICIPANTS: 30 FEMALE ADOLESCENTS

PURPOSE: It is to educate female adolescents with the necessary information regarding menstruation—what to expect, what should they do, what
should they not do, and the possible risk for unhygienic menstruation.

GOAL: By the end of the 2-hour lecture, the female adolescents are expected to gain an 80% knowledge and understanding of menstruation.
