ICICI Multi Wallet - FAQs
Each and every employee can create their own login id for online access for
checking the balance and profile update.
Card holder can check balance, profile update & transaction details any time
when login into portal.
Please follow this link/steps for checking the transactions & generating new pin

Click the new user sign up button to create user id and password
Enter your 16 digit card number & 3 digit CVV number for the respective card
number. Click on Submit
Please fill the details mentioned in the page for example :- user name, password,
transaction password and remember those details for future reference
Once you submit the page it, you get a pop up "user ID successfully created", go
back to the login page .Enter your user ID and password created
Click on "My profile" (Ref : on the top of the page), then click on "My setup" Re-
pin option
Please select change pin, give the new pin and confirm the pin
For balance enquiry, card blocking for any help customer care available i.e,
02250405238
If any employee lost the card employee has to call to customer care and block
the card.
We will provide the new card (replacement)old card balance will be transfer to
new card based on the authorization from the corporate.
If the card got expired, we will provide new card with old card balance.
Features of ICICI Multi Wallet Card managed through Pockets App and ICICI Customer
care
Note: Limits and features available in Pockets App are subject to limits and features
at product level e.g. Semi Closed Cards cannot be enabled for ATM transactions through
Pockets App.
Kindly follow the process note to enable e-commerce (online) transaction in your Meal
Card.
Dial ICICI BANK prepaid customer service number 022-50405238.
Once the IVR is on press 1 to select English language.
On the next IVR press 1 to select prepaid cards.
When the IVR ask for 16 digit card number, kindly enter the 16 digit card number
only.
Now, When the IVR asks for the pin, please enter your four digit pin that is
already provided along with the card in the envelope.
Now the IVR will tell your card status and available balance which you could
ignore.
Later when the IVR asks to change credit card (MEAL CARD) transaction limit
press 3 to confirm.
Now press 2 to choose domestic e-com or online usage.
Now, if the IVR says that your online transaction is inactive, please press 1 to
activate online transaction.
Now the IVR confirms that your online transaction is enabled and you could
disconnect the call.
