    LEASE AGREEMENT

    This Lease Agreement is made at Islamabad on this 9 TH day of October 2012


    between MRS. SOBIA ZOHA SAEED WIFE OF MUHAMMAD ZOHA SAEED
    CNIC # 101-58-01849-5 Resident of, House No.36, School Road, Sector F-6/3,
    Islamabad, hereinafter called the “Lessor” (which expression where the context so admit
    shall include and mean his heirs, assignees, executors, successors, administrators and
    legal representatives) of the one Part.
    AND
    Mr. MUFASSIR RIAZ S/O SHEIKH RIAZ AHMED holding CNIC # 61101-
    1940293-3, Resident of House No.10, 9th Avenue Sector F-8/2, Islamabad, hereinafter
    called the “Lessee” (which expression where the context so admit shall include and mean
    his heirs, assignees, executors, successors, administrators and legal representatives) of the
    Second Part.
    Both Party and B party agreed to the following terms:-
    1. That party B is the actual lease holder of Shops 2-A & 2-B, Ground Floor,
    Block No.20-B, Trade Centre Markaz F-7 Islamabad, as evidence from the
    contract.

    2. That Party B has agreed to hand over the lease to party A as allowed by
    accepting GOODWILL payment.
    3. That as of toady Party B transfers all his rights to Party A in said shops.
    4. That as of today party A has fully possession of the said shops.
    5. That as of toady party B has no interest in the said shops.

    6. That party A will respect and fulfill all requirements as agreed upon by party
    B with the actual Lessors MRS. ROHI RUBINA MUMTAZ & MR.
    GHULAM HUSSAIN via the aforementioned contract.
    IN WITNESS WHERE OF, both the parties have set their respective hands to this
    deed on the day, month and year first mentioned above in, the presence of the
    witnesses.
