development, is faced with a lot of hindrances caused by different things. What do you
think are the challenges facing the education sector in this country? (5 points)
11. Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) is unimportant as it has always been though it is
celebrated by some of the African communities. What are the effects of this negative
cultural practice? (6 points)
