    Appendix A

    1. AFFIANT: JBPD Detective Christopher Johns.


    2. CSLI provides location information cell phone towers that a specific device is using to
    make and receive calls/data/messaging. This information can be used to triangulate a
    general area in which a device is located.
    3. Google Location Data is recorded when a device is using Google services, and includes
    geolocation data, even where a cell phone is not being utilized for calls/messaging, as long
    as Google data is being used. It is more precise than CSLI or TDOA; in this case, Affiant
    has received Google location data giving approximation within 2 meters.
    4. HOMICIDE ROUTE: the route of travel Bridegan took as a matter of practice in dropping
    the twins off on "Date Night" at the residence of GARDNER and FERNANDEZ
    SALDANA (depicted via map in the application): southbound on 15th Street South,
    eastbound on Fairway Lane, (which veers southbound), eastbound on Seabreeze Avenue,
    southbound on America Avenue, westbound onto Jacksonville Drive, then southbound on
    Sanctuary Blvd. The HOMICIDE ROUTE is a back route through residential streets
    southbound from the GARDNER residence towards JTB. The HOMICIDE ROUTE was
    travelled by the SUSPECT TRUCK one hour prior to Bridegan's homicide, as captured by
    video surveillance. Surveillance showed the SUSPECT TRUCK travelled the HOMICIDE
    ROUTE in close proximity ahead of Bridegan mere minutes before the homicide.
    TENON's Google Data shows that TENON drove the HOMICIDE ROUTE on two prior
    occasions in January, before the night of the homicide.
    5. PCMD estimates the approximate distance of a cellular device from a cellular tower based
    upon the speed with which signals travel between the device and the tower. This
    information can be used to estimate an approximate location range that is more precise than
    CSLI location data. This location information is variously known as "NELOS" (AT&T),
    "TrueCall" and "Time on Tower Report" (T-Mobile), "Timing Delay/Timing Advance" or
    "TDOA" (T-Mobile & Sprint), and/or "Real Time Tool" (RTT) (Verizon) data.
    6. SUSPECT TRUCK: a 2004 Ford F-150 Lariat. This vehicle is blue with lighter trim along
    the bottom, as observed on surveillance. The SUSPECT TRUCK was later confirmed to
    belong to TENON, based on his admissions, witness statements, and Affiant's location of
    registration records for a blue Ford F-150 Lariat that TENON's father owned before he
    passed away. The SUSPECT TRUCK was later recovered and confirmed to belong to
    TENON based on the belongings found inside.
    7. TARGET OFFENSES: Murder, Conspiracy to Commit Murder, and Solicitation to
    Commit Murder, in violation of § 782.04(1)(a), 777.040), 777.04(2), Florida Statutes,
    Tampering with Evidence, in violation of § 918.13, Florida Statutes, and Possession of
    Firearm by a Convicted Felon, in violation of § 790.23(1)(a), Florida Statutes.
    8. TARGET SUBJECTS: (1) Mario Enrique Fernandez Saldana ("FERNANDEZ
    SALDANA"); (2) Shanna Lee Gardner ("GARDNER"); Active Crim

    and is being utilized by FERNANDEZ SALDANA.
    10. TARGET TELEPHONE 2: a mobile, cellular telephone facility with the assigned number
    (904) 708-4571 and IMSI #310260193141680, a T-Mobile cellular telephone subscribed
    to a "Sharma Lee Gardner" with address "1511 Marsh Inlet Ct., Jacksonville Beach, FL
    32250" and is being utilized by GARDNER.
    11. TARGET TELEPHONE 3: a secondary mobile, cellular telephone facility with the
    assigned number (904) 767-9629 and a T-Mobile cellular telephone subscribed to a
    "Shanna Lee Gardner" with address "1511 Marsh Inlet Ct., Jacksonville Beach, FL
    32250"and is being utilized by GARDNER. At the time of the writing of this application,
    this phone was active; however, it has been disconnected as of toll records obtained on
    01/20/23. Accordingly, this phone is no longer the subject of this request for an order to
    intercept and will not be intercepted.
    12. TARGET TELEPHONE 4: a mobile, cellular telephone facility, assigned to an Apple
    Watch (with cellular capacity) with the assigned number (904) 749-6561 and IMSI
    #310260555230152 and IMEI #353001469018730 a T-Mobile cellular telephone
    subscribed to a "Sharma Lee Gardner" with address "1511 Marsh Inlet Ct., Jacksonville
    Beach, FL 32250" and is being utilized by GARDNER.
