    Why do we need this information?


    We are committed to ensuring that the policies we provide are appropriate to your needs and provide
    the correct cover. To help prevent fraud we and your insurer are required to validate the
    information you have provided to us. Occasionally, your insurer may ask for us for additional
    information to complete the validation process. By validating your Insurance Underwriting details,
    we are reducing the risk of incorrect information forming the basis of your insurance contract and
    future claims not being indemnified due to this incorrect information.

    How can I send these?


    For your convenience you can email the documents (a photo will suffice) to
    [email protected] or you can post them to the address shown at the top of this letter.
    Should you select to post the documents, it is your responsibility to ensure they are still received
    within 7 days from the date of this letter, so please ensure you allow sufficient time for them to
    reach us.

    What would happen if the information listed above is not received?


    If the information requested above is not received by us within the next 7 days your policy will be
    cancelled for non-validation without any further notification. There will therefore be no cover in
    force after the 03/11/2023 and you are advised to obtain cover elsewhere before using or
    permitting your car(s) to be used on a public highway. We are authorised by Haven Insurance
    Company Limited to act as their agents for the purpose of cancelling insurance cover.

    It is an offence under the Road Traffic Act 1988 to leave, drive or otherwise use your vehicle on the
    public highway without insurance cover being in force unless you have declared your vehicle(s) off
    road (SORN) with the DVLA by visiting www.gov.uk.

    Please note, in the event of cancellation of this policy, any additional products you may have
    purchased as optional extras will automatically be cancelled at the same time as this policy.
