    Description
    Hebei Muyuan Pump Industry was established in 2005, and it covers an area of 75,000
    square meters. It set up foundry shop, machining shop, assembly shop, pump research &
    testing center.
    Muyuan Pump focuses primarily on the production and supply of high quality slurry pump,
    centrifugal clear water pump, and petrochemical process pumps. With an annual output of
    8,000 sets of pumps, 20,000 tons of wear-resistant parts, which are widely used for the
    mining, mineral processing, power plant, chemical and other industries.
    With years of experiences in developing innovative wear resistance products for varies
    industries, Hebei Muyuan offers excellence fluid handling solutions for mining, dredging,
    mineral processing, chemical process and related industry.

    Introduction
    Series MMC petrochemical process pump is horizontal, axially split case, centrifugal pump.
    It is designed by adopting international advanced technology and excellent hydraulic model,
    and developed for domestic and overseas market.

    Pump Structures
    Casing
    Radially split casing consists of four separate castings: the inlet casing, the exit casing,
    diffuser, the channel rings, and the stuffing box extensions.
    Standard flanged balance drum or optional straight balance drum is available to suit the
    application. Running clearances are serrated to reduce drum leakage and optimize
    efficiency.
    Diffusers and channel rings are individually cast for ease of maintenance and future
    hydraulic flexibility.
    Impeller
    Impellers are individually balanced to optimize performance.
    Pump Bearings and Lubrication
    The pump is fitted with ball and or roller type bearings which may be configured differently
    dependent on use.
    The bearings are oil lubricated with oil ring and constant-level oil cup.
    Shaft and Shaft Seal
    Series MMC pump adopts balanced type mechanical seal equipped with cooling, flushing or
    sealing fluid system, and packing seal is also applicable. The seal chamber size is in
    accordance with API 610.
    Shaft seal only bears suction pressure with the discharge pressure reduced by balancing
    device.
    The shaft seal is flushed with sealing liquid. When the temperature of sealing water is above
    110℃, the gland and seal chamber need cooling.
    Others
    Foot-mounted or centerline mounted will be selected according to fluid's temperature or size
    of discharge.
    Rotating Direction

    The direction of rotation of the pump is CW when viewed from the driven end.
