Elise Second Supplement To Engoron Complaint
Elise Second Supplement To Engoron Complaint
Elise Second Supplement To Engoron Complaint
More than two months ago on November 10, 2023, I submitted a judicial complaint
against Judge Engoron for his inappropriate bias and judicial intemperance against President
Trump in New York v. Trump. I supplemented my complaint on November 17, 2023, which
detailed illegal political donations and other illegal, biased misconduct by Judge Engorgon and
his staff. I received an acknowledgment of both letters.
I am supplementing again my judicial complaint against Judge Engoron with the factual
allegations made by President Trump and his co-defendants in the attached October 28, 2023
letter to the New York Court of Appeals. The Court dodged addressing a crucial issue, which
has ramifications for all New Yorkers. Simply stated, it is unacceptable that any judge in
America would place an unconstitutional gag order on a defendant. If there is anyone who
must have the constitutional right to speak out against the judge, court staff, prosecutor, and
process, it is a defendant going through a process he believes has been politicized and
weaponized against him. Illegally gagging a presidential candidate–Judge Engoron’s election
interference–is shocking and appalling. This undermines the public’s faith and confidence in
our New York courts.
Thank you for your prompt consideration of this judicial complaint against Judge Arthur
F. Engoron, including today’s supplement, for his inappropriate bias and judicial intemperance
in New York v. Trump (452564/2022). Judge Engoron’s political show trial is coming to a close,
and I urge your office to stop this grotesque miscarriage of justice.
Sincerely,
Elise M. Stefanik
