    This is the first will of mine, Dr. Subhash Rijhwani S/O. Late Shri Bodaram Ji Rijhwani, a
    hindu, made on 1st day of january 2024, voluntarily and while in sound state of mind,
    I am willing make necessary arrangements in respect of the enjoyment of my properties after
    my life time so that unnecessary misunderstanding and consequential wasteful litigation
    between the members of my family may be avoided. Therefore, i am executing this last will
    and testament of mine of voluntarily without any compulsion or pressure of any person and
    with a sound disposing mind and declare as follows:
    1. I Have My Wife Smt. Varsha Rijhwani, Daughter Gunjan Rijhwani, And Vinti Rijhwani Who
    Will Be Entitled To Succeed To My Properties Under Law In The Normal Course Both
    Daughter,s Married And They Are Living With Their Husbands.

    in My Name To Be Given To My Daughter Mrs. Gunjan Rijhwani .

    In My Name To BeGiven To My Daughter Mrs. Vinit Rijhwani.
    4. Agricultural Land In Village Dodwa ,Patwari Halka No: 13 Tehsil Bhikangaon District : Khargone
    Division : Indore State : Madhya Pradesh Pincode :451001 Which Is Registered In My Name To
    Be Given To My Daughter Mrs. Vinti Rijhwan
