Step 2: Goto the Create tab then Click on the Form Design.

Step 3: Click on the ‘Add existing ‘field’ and the field list dialog box will appear
on the right side.
Step 4: Click on the show all tables option then selects the Employee Data table.
Select all the fields which need to be in the report.
Step 5: Click on the property sheet option and apply the different styles and
font to make the table appealing.

Step 6: Click on the “Button” icon in the Form Design Tab and create four
Buttons, ‘Next Record’, ‘Previous Record’ , ‘ Add Record’ & ‘Save’.
Step 7: Using the Command Button Wizard create the buttons. The ‘Next Record’ &
‘Previous Button’ will be under ‘Record Navigation Category’. The ‘Save Button’
& ‘Add Record’ will be under ‘Record Navigation’ category.
Step 8: Click on Next > Finish. Do the same for the four buttons.
Step 9: By using the ‘Add Record’ Button we can add new entries via our form
into our table and it will get reflected in our table.
