Statement of Purpose
Introduction
I would like to introduce myself as Bondada Swetha. I want to pursue Master’s in “Master
of Science in Artificial Intelligence” at University of North Texas. Through this application, I
would like to apply for Master’s in your university.
Education Background
I have completed my secondary school education in 2015 from Sri Chaitanya Techno School
with 9.8 GPA and higher secondary education in 2017 from Ascent Junior College with
96.3%. Following that I have enrolled into GITAM Institute of Technology for the
undergraduate program in Electronics and Communication Engineering with an overall
CGPA of 8.6 during my four-year program. As a student, I performed consistently in
academics throughout my bachelor’s degree, and I am very keen to explore new things and
to develop my skills on different technologies. During my undergraduate, I have attended
many workshops and seminars which fascinated me to deal with real time projects. As a part
of my academics, I have worked on couple of projects like Facial emotion detection using
python and open cv and Android based health care monitoring system during my final year
of under graduation. These projects helped me to understand the concepts of machine
learning and various electronics components in building real-time projects.
Work Experience
I was fortunate to work as an intern with a reputed organization as part of my academics

during my bachelor’s degree, where I worked on a real time project and learned the concepts of
Internet of Things and C language and how to implement them in building the applications.
Currently, I am working with Tata Consultancy services Ltd., as a Azure Devops engineer with
eighteen months of experience as a Security Administrator. During my tenure in TCS, I’ve
strengthened my skills by working on different repos and pipelines that helps my team and project.
My job role is to monitor and maintain the Security devices of various clients, troubleshooting the
variousissues on security devices . This helped me to strengthen my skills in different cloud
platforms like Azure devops server and sql servers. Apart from technical skills, it helped me to
develop my personality development skills and how to deal with the deadlines and pressure in
critical situations. The work that I handled there exposed me to the various technologies and helped
me to understand the future scope of these technologies, then I soon decided to hone my skills by
further continuing with my higher education for a successful career.
Why USA?
USA is one of the best countries in the world that provides high quality of education where
students are taught not only with the theoretical knowledge but also with the practical and hands-
on experience. It offers great scope and encouragement for intellectual and academic development.
Education in USA provides the best infrastructure facilities which can be regarded to be the best
for overseas students. It provides enormous opportunities to people with the quality of life, safety,
security, and a peaceful environment to live in.
Name of the course chosen
In order to make my career to the advanced level, I will have to deepen my knowledge on
different and latest technologies. I look forward to learning these new concepts through the
coursework in your university. The courses offered by the institution will provide me with the
knowledge on different skills and exposure to wide range of opportunities in the field of Artificial
Intelligence. Being an undergraduate in electronics and communications background with a good
knowledge of networking, I bring with me a strong understanding of different concepts which are
required for my Master’s program. Besides learning new skills, I expect that the program and course
will provide me ample opportunities to improve my skills that I acquired from my previous
experience.
Conclusion
My dream is to become a successful professional in the field of Artificial Intelligence. I

feel that graduate study at your university will prepare me to lead a successful career and accomplish
my goals. I hope University of North Texas will help me to bring best out of me. I therefore wish
to pursue my master’s from your university and improve my career prospects. I would be grateful
ifI am considered and given an opportunity to purse my master’s in “Master of Science in Artificial
Intelligence” at your university. Looking forward to be part of University of North Texas.
