The goal of user experience (UX) is usually to improve the way people interact with a product,
brand or service to a higher level. Human-centered design is a term that is considered one of
the new creative approaches to create deep empathy with different people. Designing a strong
user experience depends on the right combination of ing or curiosity to achieve sufficient
satisfaction. This is very important to improve the user experience of the website to build a
strong university brand image and achieve higher student satisfaction. Research shows that
human-centered design can improve the user experience to achieve the desired satisfaction.
sign in to help the user experience achieve greater satisfaction - improve the user experience
with human-centered design in mind. To measure user satisfaction with specific educational
websites and the effect of HCD on increasing these levels. Results: Human-centered design
improves the user experience of educational websites and can achieve higher levels of user
satisfaction by deeply understanding user perceptions and reflecting this understanding in the
website design.

The purpose of this research study was to review and define existing global website evaluation
methods and techniques, and to provide a framework for related website attributes that could be
applied to future website evaluations. We systematically search electronic databases and gray
literature for website evaluation studies. Results are presented A total of 69 studies met the
inclusion criteria. Extracted data included site type, research objective or purpose, study
populations (users and experts), sample size, environment (controlled environment and
remotely assessed), site attributes. Evaluation methods varied and included questionnaires,
observed ratings by both users and experts, and checked website attributes including usability
or ease of use, content, design. This research study supports an open discussion about how to
define website quality. is approaching However, as this study provides a framework for existing
literature. For website evaluation, it provides a guide to website evaluation options, including
attributes to analyze and choices of appropriate methods.

Management is one of the most important issues from the point of view of the functioning of the

Design determines the success of a website just as well. The eye tracking method has been
shown to be suitable for checking the usability of web pages. The purpose of the study was to
improve the usability of the website of the educational institution for trainees as a target group.
Methods/Approach: For this purpose, the use of eye tracking technology was combined with a
survey. The eye-tracking study was conducted on a task-by-task basis. Results: This approach,
combined with a follow-up study, provided specific indications about the search patterns of the
experimental group. effectively identified potential for improvement through positive user
feedback, particularly regarding images and search field location.

The development of technology has a great advantage in improving the quality of the school, for
example in the introduction of technology asset management. Many schools have not yet
benefited from the current technological advances. Academic information in the format value
and attendance reports are still managed (written) manually, making data storage and
management inefficient. The solution to these problems is to insert the existing archive into a
web-based information system, which increases efficiency in data management, especially in
the management of student asset data. Therefore, the school management information system
an application is created where it has a function that can improve the quality of school and work.
From the results it can be concluded that it was based on successfully executed tests
performed, such as directly testing the application, performing analysis and analyzing the
progress of the applied school. The development of technology has a great advantage in

Web-Based Information and Monitoring System of Cagayan de Oro City Academy for
International Education
The purpose of the study was to provide Cagayan de Oro Academy for International Education
with an online information and tracking system capable of conducting Cagayan de Oro
Academy for International Education school events. In developing the proposed system, the
researchers used a model of the life cycle of prototypes. These applications improved traditional
transaction processing systems. The proposed system includes submission and viewing of
notes, lesson plans, student, guardian and staff profiling and other important information
required in the system. Web-based information system and monitoring is an extension of the
basic information system, which is achieved by designing a system with improved or wider
capabilities by functionally or technically linking two or more information systems.

From Clicks to Insights: Measuring Library Website Usability with Google Analytics
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness and overall performance of the DLSU
Libraries website to improve content and design and improve the user experience. The results
of the survey help identify issues that may affect website performance and are useful for making
informed decisions about website design, content and user experience. It compares website
performance between 2019 (before COVID-19) and 2020 (during COVID-19) to gain insight into
changes in user behavior, website performance and the impact of the pandemic on website
traffic. This study is limited only to the performance of the DLSU Libraries website using Google
Analytics. Google Analytics only provides quantitative data and may not fully capture the
qualitative aspects of the user experience.
