    NARRATIVE PICTORIAL REPORT ON DYMC MEETING AND PLANNING

    On the 30th day of September 2023, Saturday, the teacher and student coordinators were
    called for a strategic meeting, planning and election for the organization to function very well.
    The event started through the praying of the Holy Rosary followed by the Eucharistic
    Celebration in commemoration on the Mass of the Holy Spirit. After a short break, Fr. Julius then,
    instructed the attendees for a break out session per vicariate for an election for teacher and student
    coordinators.
    The Diocese of Balanga is composed of four vicariates namely: Vicariate of Saint Peter of
    Verona, Saint Dominic De Guzman, Our Lady of the Pillar and Saint Michael the Archangel. Schools
    in Dinalupihan and Hermosa then, belongs to the Vicariate of Saint Peter of Verona.
    As soon as the election has been finished, Rev. Fr. Julius Ma. Dayandante, the Diocesan
    Youth Ministry in Campus Head, discussed the roles and responsibilities of each officers who have
    been elected. He also gave emphasis that even without the presence of the MMHC Priests in
    schools, the DYMC must continue and think of applicable and related activities that will enhance the
    spirituality of the learners.
