- Manage sales, functionality, and user experience of ASJC digital sales channels: Online Store, eDealers, and
Mobile Application.
- Develop periodic and frequent reporting of traffic, sales, and user experience per channel.

performance across the seasons.
- Reporting on e-Commerce trade performance including financial and operational KPIs, providing data-driven insight,
sales campaign performance, and conducting deep dives needed to better understand shopping behaviors and
trends.
- Reporting on Mobile Application performance separately to evaluate product vs. service performance.
- Plan ongoing Mobile Application notification calendar for products, services, and e-commerce offer to push more
attraction and transactions.
- Develop a digital sales channel Marketing Activity Calendar to achieve agreed-on KPIs.
- Track and control e-Commerce expenses and budget while working closely with the digital team to reduce the cost
per click and increase the number of transactions.
- Write and edit product content that will be published across digital sales channels.
- Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
- Provide support in other areas of Email Marketing and user experience.
- Automate the tracking and work closely with IT to integrate sales software with the e-Commerce performance.
