一、 Software installation

1. Preparations before installing software

In order to have a better software running environment, the third-party antivirus software needs to
be uninstalled. In the security center of WIN7/10/11, add the USB flash disk to the trust list, as
shown in the figure below:

2. Open the USB flash disk and unzip the installation file to the computer

desktop

4. Create shortcut icon of printing software
Send the printing software icon to the computer desktop, or copy it to the computer desktop after
generating a shortcut, so that it can be opened and run later

6. Copy the “hid” file

Copy the hid file to the PP installation directory (C:\Program Files (x86)\SAi Production Suite
Cloud1\Program), and overwrite and replace the original file

Bits: 2 gray scale mode

Width: the width of the current task

Frequency of flash jet, setting of paper return distance after printing, and setting of feathering function

A) flash:Set the frequency of flash spraying, recommended 128HZ

B) Eclosion enable:Normally, this function needs to be turned on. Different modes have different feathering effects, which can be adjusted according to the

situation. The default is more than 70% of the normal mode

C) Color ban：The function of color stripe is to protect the printing head. When working, only a single color is printed, and other color channels do not print

ink, the printing head will be exposed to reverse illumination after a long time, causing the ink in the spray hole to solidify, blocking the printing head. The

color stripe can be used in all color channels without color stripe.

Color bar gap: the distance from the color bar to the picture

Color bar Width: the actual width of the color bar

Color bar mode: There are four options to close, the left side of the figure, the right side of the figure, and both sides of the figure. Generally, the left side is

used

Color bar depth:Large, medium and small

D) Add ink：This function can provide the function of continuous ink extraction. When the nozzle is in poor condition, this function can be used to

continuously extract ink for different channels. It is recommended that each time should not exceed 10 seconds

When the white coverage is inconsistent with the color coverage, you can adjust the head 2. X
means adjust the white to move left or right, Y means adjust the white to move up or down

8. System set:
Operate under the guidance of technicians

X motor calibration:
Auto compute X-Reset Save X axis calibration completed

Y motor calibration：
First, make a 10cmX10cm picture, and then print it out. Measure the size between
them. Input the measured size into the actual moving distance, and then click
Calculate and save to test several times until there is no error.

Ink sequence adjustment: Under normal circumstances, it is not necessary to adjust. If it is

necessary to adjust, click to select the same color as the ink sequence installed on the print head
and save it. Note that colors 4 and 5 are reversed

四、Common faults and solutions

1. The color is abnormal, or the printed picture has wire drawing

A) Check whether the nozzle status is normal, press ，If there are missing lines, you need to
use software to clean them until they are complete, and then test and print them.

3. The machine beeps
A）This is an ink volume warning. Check whether the ink exceeds 2/3. If not, add ink
B）Failed to solve the problem. Please contact the after-sales service team to solve the problem
for you
4. How to maintain the machine
A) Before printing every day, first clean with the software twice, and then test the lines on the
printing head to check whether they are complete. If they are incomplete, they need to be cleaned
again.
B) Automatic cleaning and automatic flash spraying functions need to be enabled(Better Printer
The software should remain open), which can effectively keep the nozzle wet and prolong its life.
C) When it is not used for more than 48 hours, it is recommended to take out the print head and
clean each color channel with cleaning solution. After all the ink is discharged, inject the print
head protection solution to avoid blockage caused by long-term non use.
D) The coding strip, the rubber ring of the ink pad and the waste ink bottle need to be cleaned
regularly.
