After 1 Year of BTL role I have been appointed and promoted as Collection Manager.
Customer credit analysis as well as 0 to N collection was the key responsibility with the efficient

In 2014 I have been appointed as Branch Manager and transferred to Katni MP.

assigned.
Take up the business from 1 Cr. To 4 & 5 Cr. With strong portfolio also new business module
introduces in company like Business loan & Mortgage loan, effectively processed in our branch,
made my team to learn faster.
On 22th June I joined Tata Motors Finance Ltd as TSM at Gwalior MP.
TMF – Being a captive financier – Dealer management, good relationship with Dealer executives
and maintain great relationship with client by giving prompt services was the key role.
Started developing relationship with dealer team as well as with customers and bench mark of
monthly business of 60L was reached to 5 & 6 Cr. With healthy portfolio.
Market share of TMF at Gwalior dealership reaches to 90% in few months as well as the standard
market share at dealership was 60 to 70%.
Awarded many times by Dealership for enhancing their business by giving many leads as well as
converting the same (Approx 20 to 30% Sales was shared by us to dealership every month).
Since June 2016 to Nov 2021, I have been awarded many times by TMF for best MS , Sales &
maintain healthy portfolio, Got A level rating conjugative in two financial year as well as got the
promotion.
In Nov 2021 role changed from TSM to ZCH (Zonal Collection Head) and transferred to Varanasi
Location.
Varanasi, Bihar border, Gorakhpur, Azamgarh, Ballia, Gazipur, Mau, Kushinagar, Dewaria was the
key location and has to manage 76 member of team mates.
On May 2nd I joined Green Agrevolution Pvt. Ltd. As AR controller & Business Annalist and
working till date at Bangalore location.
