    MEMORANDOM OF AGREEMENT

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:

    This AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between:

    The BARANGAY BI-AO herein represented by its Punong Barangay DIOMEL


    JOHN T. SALAZAR hereinafter referred to as the Barangay Bi-ao as the FIRST PARTY.

    -And-

    KABALIKAT CIVICOM ASSOCIATION INC. 443 – CHAPTER, a chapter of


    KABALIKAT CIVICOM ASSOCIATION INC. a nationwide, non-profit, non-stock, civic
    radio organization, duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission,
    National Telecommunications Commission and the Philippines Amateur Radio
    Association with the principal address at Sitio Candida, Brgy. Bi-ao, Negros Occidental
    presented in this act by its Chapter President, PTR. JOEFFREY E. MABALING,
    hereafter referred to as KABALIKAT CIVICOM INC. as the SECOND PARTY.

    1. That, the SECOND PARTY bonafide members who underwent the seminar
    becomes authorized and legitimate partners of dual functions enlisted by the
    BARANGAY BI-AO;

    2. That, the SECOND PARTY bonafide members may use their sirens and blinkers
    in extreme cases of emergency, i.e., hot pursuit of hit and run or getaway
    vehicles used in the commission of crime, transporting victims of vehicular
    accidents needing immediate medical assistance, and other major cases wherein
    the BARANGAY BI-AO are jointly involved;

    3. That, the SECOND PARTY members shall always wear their official vest or
    identification card hung visibly on their left breast visible to the public during their
    performance of their official functions;

    4. That, in the event of any occurrence of a vehicular traffic accident in their


    presence, they can initially make a sketch and evacuate the injured, confiscate
    the driver’s license of all vehicles involved, cordon the scene of the accident,
    properly turn over to the corresponding police teams suspect/s or as well as
    evidence, and assist police authorities in every possible way when called upon to
    do so;

    5. That, in the event where the above agreement is violated, the Punong Barangay,
    has the option to terminate the services of the accountable individual/s if
    evidence so warrants; and

    6. That, in the event that the Punong Barangay of Barangay Bi-ao and or the 443-
    Chapter of Sitio Candida, Brgy. Bi-ao will be replaced/transferred/relieved of their
    duties and responsibilities, this Memorandum of Agreement will still be in effect
    unless otherwise modified, rescinded and or terminated as agreed upon by both
    parties thru a written agreement.

    WHEREAS, let a copy of this MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT be furnished to the


    Office of the PNP, Binalbagan Component Municipal Office Station, the President of
    KABALIKAT CIVICOM ASSOCIATION INC. 443-CHAPTER, and other CONCERNED
    PARTY.

    The Memorandum of Agreement takes effect upon signing this ______ day of
    ___________ at the _________________________________, Negros Occidental.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set out hand this _____ day of
    ___________ at the _________________________________, Negros Occidental.
