Topics Attendance include: nature of partnerships; elements and kinds of partnership; Quizzes formalities required; rules of management, distribution of profits, and Individual/ Group Activities sharing of losses and liabilities; modes of dissolution; limited Recitation partnership; nature and classes of corporations; requirements for Major Examination incorporation; powers of a corporation); Board of Directors; classes of stock; powers and obligations of stockholders; majority and GRADING SYSTEM minority controls; corporate reorganization (mergers, consolidations, Character/Attendance 10% and other business combinations); modes of dissolution and Class Standing/Activity 20% liquidation; and statutory books, records, and returns required for a Quizzes 30% corporation.
