    AFFIDAVIT OF HEIRSHIP

    WE, the Heirs of FLORENTINA B. ADELAN namely: ANA ADELAN


    DECORION, of legal age, Filipino, widow; NESTOR B. ADELAN of legal
    age, Filipino, married; VICTORIO B. ADELAN of legal age, Filipino,
    single; MYRNA B. ADELAN of legal age, Filipino, single; EDGARDO B.
    ADELAN of legal age, Filipino, single; BEATRIZ A. NACUA of legal
    age, Filipino, married; LEOPOLDO B. ADELAN of legal age, Filipino,
    single; CRESENTE B. ADELAN of legal age, Filipino, single all are
    residents of Cogon, Ozamiz City, Misamis Occidental after being
    duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state:

    That we the Heirs of FLORENTINA B. ADELAN will be duly


    represented by ANA ADELAN DECORION through the execution of Special
    Power of Attorney;

    That we are the surviving children of the late FLORENTINA BATION


    ADELAN a widow who died on August 21, 2021 in Ozamiz City, Misamis
    Occidental leaving a WILL and neither did she have any outstanding
    obligation/debt to any person intestate;

    That the decedent FLORENTINA B. ADELAN left an unsettled and


    undivided real properties known as follows:

    “Lot No. 3917 of Cadastral Survey of Misamis Cadastre Case No. 15, LRC
    Cadastral Record No. 1645 situated in Cogon, Ozamiz City, Misamis
    Occidental containing an area of TWENTY SIX THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED
    TWENTY SEVEN (26,227) SQUARE METERS more or less. This is covered by
    Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-15652” And

    “Lot No. 3920-B, Psd-10-033294 being a portion of lot 3920, Cad-20


    Misamis Cadastre. Situated in Cogon, Ozamiz City, Misamis Occidental
    containing an area of SIXTEEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FOURTEEN (16, 614)
    Square meters more or less. This is covered by Transfer Certificate of
    Title No. T-30824.”

    That as evidence of our legal relation to the deceased,


    photocopies of our birth certificates are herein attached; and 

    That we are executing this affidavit in good faith to attest to


    truth that there is no other heir or heirs except for the above-named
    heirs of the said deceased and for whatever legal purpose it
    may serve.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this October


    18, 2021 in Ozamiz City, Philippines.
