    This procedure is applicable for identifying of legal and other requirements until evaluation of
    compliance.

    7.0 PROCEDURE OUTLINE

    7.1 Identification of HSE Legal and Other Requirements


    7.1.1 HSEMR shall identify applicable legal and other requirements related to the
    process, activities or services in the organization. The source of the information
    could be from media, government body or customer communication.
    7.1.2 HSEMR shall compile the legal & others requirement into the ‘Legal & Other
    Requirements and Evaluation of Compliance’.
    7.1.3 HSEMR shall always be aware of any changes to the legislation and other
    environmental requirements through publication of law books, mass media,
    DOE/DOSH official website and industry association circulation and information
    from relevant government departments. Whenever required, relevant authorities
    shall be contacted for clarification on such changes.
    7.1.4 HSEMR shall disseminate information on applicable laws and regulations (and
    their potential impacts on the organization’s activities, products and services) to
    relevant personnel for action.
    7.1.5 MD shall review and approved the ‘Legal & Other Requirements and Evaluation
    of Compliance’.

    7.2 Evaluation of Compliance


    7.2.1 Yearly evaluation of compliance shall be performed against identified legal and
    other requirements. Evaluation of compliance result shall be recorded into ‘Legal
    & Other Requirements and Evaluation of Compliance’ and presented during
    management review meeting.
    7.2.2 Subsequent investigation and proper corrective actions shall be performed for all
    non-compliance found.
    7.2.3 Summary of non-compliance shall be presented during management review
    meeting

    7.3 Review of Legal and Other Requirements


    7.3.1 HSEMR shall periodically (annually) check with the local authorities or refer to
    the relevant government website for updated information.
    7.3.2 Upon receiving the latest legislation amendment, HSEMR shall notified MD for
    further discussion.
    7.3.3 HSEMR shall review the amendments to determine if the Company will be
    affected by the latest revision. If the amendments are applicable, the Legal &
    Other Requirements and Evaluation of Compliance’ and relevant procedures or
    documents shall be updated (if required).
