4. CONDITION OF VEHICLE:

The Owner states that to the best of his knowledge and belief that above-
described vehicle is in sound and safe condition and free of any known defects or
faults which would affect its safe operation under normal use.

5. QUALIFICATIONS:

The Renter states that he / she is physically and legally qualified to operate the
above-described vehicle.

6. RENTAL PERIOD:

The Owner agrees to rent the above-described vehicle to the Renter for the
following period:

7. RENTAL RATE:

7.1 The Renter hereby agrees to pay the owner at the rate of ____________

7.2 All fuel used shall be paid for by the Renter.

8. EXCLUSIONS:

8.1 The rented vehicle shall not be used to carry passengers or property for
hire.

8.2 The rented vehicle shall not be used to carry passengers other than in the
interior or cab of the vehicle.

8.3 The rented vehicle shall not be used to push, propel or tow another
vehicle, trailer or any other thing without the written permission of the
Owner.

8.4 The rented vehicle shall not be used for any race or in any competition.

8.5 The rented vehicle shall not be used for any illegal purpose.

8.6 The Renter shall not operate the vehicle in a negligent manner.

8. EXCLUSIONS: (Cont.)

8.7 The rented vehicle shall not be operated by any other person other than the
Renter stipulated in 1.2 above without the written permission of the
Owner. If Renter allows any other driver under the age of 18 years old to
drive the rented vehicle, the Renter will be fully responsible for all
expenses relating to the rental car and any other Vehicle involve in any
type of accident.

9. INSURANCE:

9.1 Insurance is covered. Insurance Terms and Condition claim or repair

amount must be more than RM4,000. Damages below RM4,000 will be
deducted from the deposits as that’s the rental insurance policy. But we do
cover on vehicle scratch except for vehicle dented or vehicle headlamp
broken. The Renter also agrees that personal belongings and other items
left in the vehicle at any time are not covered.

9.2 Insurance coverage:

▪ Accident Insurance Coverage (RM 4,000)

10. DEPOSIT:

10.1 Deposit is required for booking confirmation and will be refunded after
the car return as long as there isn’t any damage or loss to the vehicle.
We'll notify the transaction of refund through email or WhatsApp. The
amount will be credited to customer's account after the car return.

10.2 The Renter further agrees to make a deposit of _____________ with the
Owner, said deposit to be used, in the event of loss of or damage to the
vehicle or equipment during the term of this Car Rental Agreement, to
defray fully or partially the cost of necessary repairs or replacement.

10.3 In the absence of damage or loss, said deposit shall be credited toward
payment of the Rental Rate and any excess shall be returned to the Renter.

11. OTHER CHARGES

The renter shall pay the following charges:

• The rental charges and other optional charges at the rates shown on the rental
agreement.
• Any charges for loss or damage resulting from non-compliance
• A refueling charge due to insufficient fuel tank upon return (check-in)
• On demand, all fines and court cost for parking, traffic or other offenses
(including any costs which arise if the vehicle is clamped or towed). The
Renter must pay the appropriate authority any fines and cost failing which, the
Renter shall be responsible to pay us an administration fee of Ringgit Malaysia
Twenty (MYR20.00) when us deals with these matters and need to pay all the
cost immediately after the car return.
• On damage any charges made by the authorities as a result of a seizure.
• Any rates for delivering and collecting the vehicle which will set from time to
time.
• On demand, costs including legal fees where permitted by law, incurred in
collecting payments due from the Renter hereunder.
• Value added tax and all other taxes and levies on any of the charges listed
above, as appropriate.

12. RETURN OF VEHICLE:

The Renter hereby agrees to return the above-described vehicle to the pick-up
location later than ________________________________

13. CONDITION OF USAGE VEHICLE

• The vehicle shall not be operated by any person(s) who has given to us a
fictitious name or false age or address.
• The vehicle shall only be driven by person(s) named overleaf, or by anyone
authorizes in writing. Anyone driving the vehicle must have held a valid full
current driving license for at least one year.
• Probationary license holders are strictly not permitted to drive vehicle.
• The renters or any authorized driver shall not use the vehicle for hire to
rewards, any illegal purpose, vehicle off-road, racing, pace making, test drive,
testing the vehicle's reliability and speed, to propel or tow any vehicle or
trailer or to teach someone to drive, under the influence of alcohol, drugs or
any other illegal substances as determined by the authorities.

• Carry a number of passengers and/or baggage which could cause the vehicle to
be overloaded or to transport goods in violation of customs regulations or any
illegal manner as determined by the authorities.
• Entry to Thailand is strictly prohibited.
• Any cause to unpleasant odor (e.g., durian, salted fish, perfume, a material
used in the practice of religion, etc.)

14. JURISDICTION:

The parties consent that this is a legal binding document in the commonwealth of
the Bahamas.
